[Scam] Bitrefill token- fake version of Bitrefill

What happened:  Bitrefill Token is a rip off of Bitrefill, platform for gift card purchase. They are trying to use their name to sell their useless tokens. When you click on "buy token" it leads to Livecoin exchange where they are trying to sell their CTF tokens

Their website is barely functioning, with more fake stuff like fake listing on ICO tracking sites. If you check them, you won't find Bitrefill at all.



When on website, you constantly get fake messages that someone just bought their tokens, but even that  they couldn't make properly

Often to see a website tamplate like this is used to do a scamer and this is really annoying because it continues to use the tamplate.
This is good because the scamer has been caught and I am sure there will be many people who know and are keen to see the site.

Yeah that is fast and lazy  scam attempt, scammer didn't have time to make proper functioning website.  He even copied  configuration of announcement thread  of his previous failed project, Cryptofy.

It is not a scam attempt, but a phishing link to scam others.
Report it to Mod to ban that account + report to Google^[1] as a phishing URL of Bitrefill.
This scammer not only sells tokens, but also uses Bitrefill reputation to scam others.

I wrote to Bitrefill and also DMed them on Twitter. Hopefully, they issue a warning now that they're aware of the situation.

Thanks for suggestions, gonna do that. And yeah, that's the worst part, they are using someone else's reputation to scam others.

I contacted Bitrefill as well, after i stumbled upon this , but seems like their bitcointalk account is offline for a few days now,  and nothing so far in their  social media. As you said, they should issue some warning to protect  their users.
