On jan 23rd, I decided to deposit at vervecasino.com and had amazing luck. Over about 9-10 hours of play I had gotten my balance up to over .5 btc (by far biggest winning night of my life). After initiating a withdrawal for a small amount , I kept playing. Hours after when there had been no movement on the withdrawal, I contacted support. Waited about 3 hours for a response and to my displeasure, they let me know my withdrawals were being deleted and my balance confiscated. First they said I was cheating, then stated it was a malfunction in the Playson game I was playing(where i won most but not all of my balance). After making posts on here, social media, and speaking with a few streamers, they begrudgingly agreed to investigate the situation, and that it would take 2 weeks to finish. I agreed ot take all posts down and wait.

So I got a response today about the investigation that took place in regards to why my .4btc balance was taken along with .1 in btc withdrawals deleted from my account..

Initially it was stated that there was a game fault in the Playson game I was playing. Causing me to "win more balance than I was supposed to" therefore causing all my after to be negated. Today they said it was actually a fault in both playson AND Boongo games, because I had played the boongo game first, thats why all my bets were void in between and after (quite convenient if you ask me).

They also stated i was trying to cheat by tipping my best friend on the site when i was winning and having him "quickly try and withdrawal".

These accusations were both lies, trying to prevent them having to pay me the roughly 12,000$ i am owed.

I did not cheat, have no way of knowing how on to. And yes i did tip my friend. But he wagered on the money i sent him for hours and hours before he even attempted a withdrawal himself. Proof is the fact that he got multiple decent rakebacks and raised his vip level on the site more than 2 times during that period.
Neither of those things would have happened unless you wager a decent amount of money... so no.. he was not trying to hurry up and cash out..


So .. back to the investigation

Steve the support guy whos been nothing but rude and unprofessional this whole time tells me today that there was in fact a fault in the playson and now booongo games (booongo was never mentioned before) and that all my bets are not valid and they offered me something like 300$ for the trouble... not even close to the 12,000$ i am due.

When asking for a log of the bets that were invalid and caused all my other bets placed on diff providers , like pragmatic, blueprint, and quickspin.. or even the statement from playson or boongo legitimizing the verdict.. i was denied and said they cant because it would breach their security... I have screenshots of all convo's with them. Along with timestamped photo and video evidence of my balance throughout that whole evening through different providers and i will be uploading below..

All in all Verve is very unprofessional and i would stay away at all costs.

They are responsible for the operation of the site. If there was a problem with their games it is their problem. If you made bets in different providers the "problem" seems a lie. Offering you 300 usd out of 12000 is ridiculous. Try to make a better deal and get out what you can. Send them a link to this thread and threat to expose them on other sites. They deserve to be exposed even if they return part of the money.

Few weeks earlier they have contacted me to run their signature campaign and the guy who talked with me in telegram was their team member. At that time they were interested to run campaign for our community users.

I will suggest you to contact them through their official bitcointalk account and hope they will make response here. Don't forget to share your update with us.

I am not so sure about it but it can be the same person who is controling everything. Keep patience and wait for their reply. I will send a text to him from my telegram and will let him know about thia thread.

Clearly a case of scam. The fact that they don't want to pay you and come up with nonsense arguments sounds familiar. This is how certain casinos work.

You can forget that they are going to pay money to you. What you could try is to contact the license provider.

You can take a deep look on their website and check their licence details there. Although its not a solution for your case but you can make a try from your side.

Keep checking their forum account and make a reply on their official ANN thread on gambling section which will help new gamblers to be aware about this platform.

Well no luck yet. Had friend of mine thats a streamer go and chat with them on twitter. They refuse to provide any truth or evidence that i was cheating to win, and continued with the unprofessionalism stating they dont care about bad PR. Sad day

looks like the "monthly bonus" and the "rake back" was the "payment" and judging from how they are ignoring your complaints it is apparent that they have no plan on paying the rest of the $12k.
