Fortunejack changing license and country to avoid paying winners: flag created

I have a judgment against @Fortunejack for unpaid winnings exceeding 100,000 dollars. During the legal process they’ve changed company name and moved out of Curacao. Despite having dismissed almost all of my lawyer’s claims, the court still judged that Fortunejack wrongfully confiscated my winnings of bet (3), which is worth 92,4000 euros (4657*19.84). They should also pay interest rates and other fees, still yet to be determined by the court since Fortunejack is unwilling to deal with me directly.

So these are unpaid winnings since the 31st of October 2021, my lawyer hasn’t been contacted since the judgement on the 24th of last February, and they still closed my ticket when I tried contacting them about it:



This is sufficient evidence to warn anyone about dealing with these people since they’ll just move country when sued.
Upon the date of my bets and until very recently, this is what it said in their terms and conditions: « You consent to the jurisdiction of Curaçao to resolve any disputes arising out of the gambling Services or use of the Website »

That is why I am creating a flag against Fortunejack for violating a written agreement, that should stay active until they fully pay my winnings (there has been another flag before related to this, but still being unresponsive after a court judgement is just another level and justifies the new flag):

What are you trying to insinuate about they changed companies name and also change license? I do not know if what you posted is true but I noticed that the gambling site licensed in Comoros according to my little findings.

You do not know then inform yourself. They were licensed in Curaçao by Antillephone until very recently. You’re a nobody here, if I opened this thread it’s for @LoyceV, if he requests proof I’ll provide it, the judgement is from a court in Curaçao.

Just by saying that you have a judgment against a company does not mean anyone will trust you, you have so much confidence so much so that you declare yourself the judge of your case and to make matters worse you did not share any documents to back up your claimed judgment.

This is what that I am also thinking. Expecting something like probably manipulation from PaperWallet the OP which might even lead to more negative trust for him. The guy is really not making any sense on this thread as it makes it look like he is not serious or having something else in his mind by posting he has evidence but did not come with the evidence.

Just by saying that you have a judgment against a company does not mean anyone will trust you, you have so much confidence so much so that you declare yourself the judge of your case and to make matters worse you did not share any documents to back up your claimed judgment.

Well, you certainly followed through with your aims to fight them in Court and it has taken years but you managed to win. To take on a massive company with money to buy the best lawyers would have taken a toll on anybody. Did you fight your own case or pay a lawyer?

In this thread you mentioned you were awarded 85% of the amount plus interest and fees therefore that might bring the final amount close to the $120,000 you were claiming. How do you feel after fighting for this length of time and winning?

If they are entitled to appeal there is a chance they could overturn the original court order. There is a possibility maybe some evidence was misunderstood in the first case or they can prove they did not do anything wrong in the appeal and have the case dismissed. Have FortuneJack filed an appeal?

I think there have been cases where crypto casinos have moved from one licence issuer to another (or basically from one jurisdiction to another) because judgments have been made against them. If there was a uniformed/collective policy by licence issuers against this behaviour, I think it would be difficult for this process to take place unless of course there were exceptional circumstances. having said that, there are many reasons why a casino/gaming website could move.

For example, BC.Game recently moved out of Curaçao with this statement after a case was brought against them statement: "Despite ongoing efforts to modernize Curaçao’s iGaming law, proper legal protection for all operators established in Curaçao is severely lacking, such as its bankruptcy law which dates to 1931 via the “Curaçao Bankruptcy Decree”, which can easily be exploited by malicious actors and used against legitimate operators.". They claim a 1931 law is being used maliciously by actors against legitimate casinos.

Another is Stake. It was involved in problems with UK regulators and have had their licence to operate inside the country revoked but Stake is still registered with Curaçao. Even Premier League and other sports teams have have been advised if they continue to wear the Stake sponsorship logo and they could be fined as they will breaking the law for promoting an unlicenced casino/gaming website.

Yes actually the judgement came out on the 24th of February at about the same time my sister had an Haemorragic bleeding in the brain
I’ll need to bring back the evidence from the pictures of before that disappeared, learn again how to post the pictures, and then put evidence about how they changed license and country, and translate the judgement that’s in deutsh, and edit the pdf of the judgement to erase my name. I read it, although I don't like "legal language". It looks like the case continues on March 24.
