Nice! But can you charge as low a fee a Tangible Cryptography?

We will always do our best to keep our fees as completive as possible. Once our site launches (scheduled for tomorrow 13/08/12) you will be able to see our rates.
Again this is only our initial offering. Over the coming weeks and months we will continue to add additional services around the bitcoin market.

Tomorrow as in tomorrow while I'm at my locked down computer at work, or tomorrow as in just after midnight tonight and just before I go to bed? Not that I want to seem overly keen though :)

We are in the final stages of testing as we speak. If all test scripts pass tonight/tomorrow morning *fingers crossed* we will have the site up Monday before close of play.

I guess you still have a little more work to do?

Unfortunately so. We are working through some unforeseen bugs that came up in our final round of testing. We think we are very close to resolving them all and hope to have a soft launch of the site late tonight/early tomorrow. It is important to us that all the functional elements of the site are working smoothly before we launch this to the public. We are still handling orders manually via email at support@bitinnovate.com so if anyone does want to buy bitcoins in the mean time please feel free to contact us.

I am please to announce that we are officially live as of today. We still have content and design to work on but the mechanics are up and fully operational.

I'm seeing only a 7.5% premium over MTGOX - is that right?

This price will very based on volume and demand. It is not a fixed %. We will always aim to offer the most competitive rate possible.

I welcome more Australian bitcoin services! I will stick to spendbitcoins for now though.

Thanks mate. Much appreciated. There is still al lot we want to add regarding content and design, but our focus for go live was to get all the mechanics tip top. The spread seems pretty high at the moment - 13.11 AUD vs 11.6 USD on MT GOX - how often do you update your prices?

Thanks btcnut. That price was unfortunately too high. Our prices are currently updating every 10 mins, but the affect of the pirateat40 announcement on the Bitcoin rate caused some problems with our pricing algorithm.

A fix is currently underway, which should be able to better deal with any future events which may influence the markets in unexpected ways.

BTC received very quickly and excellent customer service, it's nice when things "Just Work"

What kind of options do you plan to offer for selling bitcoins in the future?

Without giving away too much just yet, we will be offer the standard options. Bank Deposit, PayPal, Gift Cards etc.. But in addition to these offerings we are working on something special at the moment, that I unfortunately can’t talk about just yet.

We hope to be soft launching it as a beta product in the coming weeks and will provide an update as soon as possible.

As our name suggests we are in the Bitcoin space to try and shake things up by providing innovative solutions to bit sized problems. So stay tuned and watch this space.

Hi all,

We just wanted to  to let you all know about a few changes that we have made to our website this morning.

The first thing you will notice if you have used our service before, is that we changed the way we display our price and that we have reduced out commission to 9.9%.

We have also added a ticker from mtgox that displayers both AUD and USD prices and history.

We have put these changes in place to help us better deliver new products in to near future and hope to be launching our latest product in the coming week.

Most Australian banks charge a $20+ international wire transfer fee and you will also be charged additional fees for the exchanges (MtGox = 1000¥). Because of this our buy bitcoins prices can often end up cheaper for most orders under $1,000. You may find better prices at the exchanges if you are buying large quantities of Bitcoins, so if that is the case by all means we recommend that you use an exchange. However if promptness, service and ease of use are your priorities, we believe this is the best service on offer in Australia.

We usually send bitcons to our customers within an hour of them making a deposit. Also because we offer a fixed price, by the time your funds arrive in an exchange the bitcoin price is often widely different from when you originally sent it, given that MtGox quote 3 to 5 days for wire transfers.

Just wanted to post that I've used BitInnovate twice now, and the coins were deposited very quickly (first time about 1hr; second time around 15 minutes).

The commission is not exactly a fun part of the transaction, but I guess you are paying the commission as a tax for being able to turn your AUD into BTC almost instantly/anonymously.

MtGox has annoying ID requirements..

Used these guys and they were terrific.

Did everything they said they would. Took 1 day to cash out a client's coin.
