Good question I didn't really take into consideration you could scam with a seller account. I never heard of it happening. Ebay is VERY lenient when it comes to fraud and scams. It's paypal after all. Buyer wins almost every chargeback that's false, no doubt they'll win one that's legitimate. Plus, it won't take too many scams till Ebay shuts down the account forever.
