cant buying an ebay account be very risky? especially the one with bigger history of sellings? cant people be scammed from that account and the buyer wouldnt even know about that?

Good question I didn't really take into consideration you could scam with a seller account. I never heard of it happening. |

Totally agree with what you say , I look for an account with 10 points to avoid minor limitations , I do not really look for an account with many points but have an excellent ''view point'' as an account with many points can be used easily for scams |
