so this is my first time asking for a loan, i dont know if this acceptable for people but i am trying to purchase 2x s5 antminers from bitmain.. i'd like their arrival to coincide with my psu or at least as much as a possible.. i have about 2.5 btc total at the moment and im about 0.8 short-i really need just over 0.8 btc, but if your comfortable with 1.0 btc i can assure you that once my coinbase instamax purchase amount makes its return back to its $1000 max amount-at the moment its $0 (i sold around $600 on localbitcoins-https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/taraza/ as well as some small purchases today so im tapped)-i will return 1.0 + whatever interest (in reason) we agree upon which should take less than 2 days considering it should return to full in a week.. i dont know whats fair, but i can accept 5% though im open to negotiate- i need this quick ideally

I think that the r9 would be a valid collateral, if you can ship it to an escrow...

hmm your right, but by the time it'd get to an escrow i would already have the coinbase purchase option, so kinda defeats the purpose

edit:proof that i have it- i suppose you'd just have to believe i would send it in case of default.. i guess this loan idea might not really be viable for people.. i'll leave it here as a long shot, but i suppose i'll just have to wait till i can make a straight purchase of coins

Sorry but you're asking for a pretty big loan, and other collaterals are worth nothing.

ok no need for agressive language, i am trying to be use honesty to persuade someone to make this loan.. i am not a scammer and i dont need to defend myself before doing anything wrong.. lets keep it civil. if you dont like it thats fine, i can live without this loan and so can you


edit: i wonder, however, if i provide pictures of major identification-ie my passport- with myself in the pic + forum uw would this make people feel better?

ok sorry sorry.. i am not doing this right, please forgive and dont think this reflects badly on my ability to pay back a loan.. i have the fiat sitting in bank-which i can prove- i can pay back as soon as i got coins- in fact i should probably just shut up and head to currency exchange..

You need to understand there are so many scammers nowadays that we cannot take a person's word of anything.   We need cold hard collateral in hand before any coins go anywhere.

This picture is like me posting picture of my car and asking for a 100 btc loan.... you have assets for more than 250 usd, i didn't doubt it, but how can you put it on escrow?

You are a stranger, probably from another country, how can I prosecute you if you scam me my bitcoin?

If there's a trusted escrow in your area maybe you can ship or hand-drop the card to him, otherwise you are like a person approaching me at the station and saying " look me, I have a rolex! So loan me 250 usd, I will return 5% more in 1 week!"

Good luck, man. I would say just use the funds I'm holding for you in escrow, but the seller already shipped the item. Missed that window of opportunity by a few short hours :(
