The problem with "fake information" is first against TOS (could be laws with it dealing with money sending). So ethically and legally it's possibly bad. But main thing is you might want to use it one day, if you did it would be a pain if there is a account with fake info stopping you from creating an account. Believe it was actually over yesterday if I remember right. The biggest thing circle has is no withdraw to checking fee's.
