Both scams and both will die soon.

DO NOT invest into anything which does not provide real photos or verifiable mining address.

You can always invest into PoS coins, like I do. DMD Diamond s my favorite. The price went up 100% in the last 2 months and you get 50% annual PoS interest.

Hi everyone,
Same thing since the 7th there have been no payouts here after purchasing the 4th contract with Bitcoin Cloud Services. Just fired off a support ticket just for sh__ts and giggles. Hopefully this is just a glitch or hiccup and all will be well tomorrow. Do you agree that it sounded to good to be true ? And if nothing happens then well it is just an expensive lesson learned.

Who would even investigate the block-chain addresses to find the alleged perpetrator, I mean under what jurisdiction would even care if a bunch of dummies like me tosses some bitcoin to the wind although the R.O.I. was indeed very enticing. It seems that it would be a good business to truly invest in the miners and recoup by adding miners to a storage barn in a cool climate with solar or hydro electrical energy supplies. But hey I must be an idealist.   ;D

Tell the people that lent you money that you learned that the only thing stupider than borrowing money to invest in a ponzi scheme is lending money to someone else so they can invest it in a ponzi scheme. Hopefully it wasn't an expensive lesson for them.

Hi I was going to invest more in these guys yesterday but I read the posts.  Then I went to their offices in London - NOTHING, the girl said this is just a managed office for lots of firms.  A VIRTUAL OFFICE and never any computers or mining equipment there for sure.

What these guys have done is fraud, using documents, photos to defraud.  The best thing is to trace the bitcoin transactions, even if they mix them there is still a path to follow I am told.

Meantime I think cloudminr.io looks like a better bet, based in Norway

Bitcoin Cloud Services is defiantly a ponzi scheme, they had a stable payout until the 7th of June.
After that they stopped payouts and are not responding to any tickets / emails.

A few days earlier (on the 4th of June) I had send a support ticket to the helpdesk and I noticed this strange subject ending to the automatic response "... - Delayed payout ", apparently they had already changed the settings on their email for when they would run off with all the BTC.

Those who follow the blockchain may have noticed the large volumes that stated moving yesterday. roughly 5000 BTC scattered into brand spanking new wallets and repeated scattering. (the tumbling proces might still be going but I stopt following transactions after a few hours).

Here are a few of those transactions:

It was a ponzi scam and was listed as such in Cloudmining 101 thread..
The very thing that you pay for electricity upfront was looking very bad.. at least for me.. I mean legit services can hardly guarantee that..

"Gabriel Kleiman",
Your face is all over youtube, the block chain can be traced to you "sir" and you will get caught, then they will take away that monkey on your back who stole all of our bitcoins. Feel the sorrow and shame of your deeds your body only lives so long and then the reckoning will befall your spirit. Turn in your records and confess to get a plea bargain for yourself and your partners. "Gabriel" if that is your name or of whom you admire your only way out is to ask for help. For your eternal soul cries unto you to cleanse yourself and remove the evilness that has befallen you. Only you are shown as the representative of the ill gotten gains, your partners will be free unless they are implicated by you and of course spending from the diverse wallets passed down cannot be laundered as if it was cash you of all people should understand that the block chain has traces of everything you do!

Definitely a scam if you ask me

-All payouts have stopped.

-No response from support.

-"Miner" listed in the contract show no new mined coins obviously.

-They very recently have started advertising a new special rate if you buy more.  Most likely to rip off more people.

More interestingly, negative reviews are showing up on their site about not getting payouts and they are quickly being removed - this is probably why they have such a good rating because they are monitoring and removing bad ones.

EVERYONE who has ever dealt with this company should report them here:  http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

There is alot of information in this thread that you can use as reference, and also reference this article as well:  https://bitcoinmagazine.com/20702/exclusive-possible-500000-bitcoin-cloud-mining-ponzi-scheme-uncovered/

Good luck

Most importantly learn the lesson not to invest in any cloudmining that uses photoshopped images of their mining farm, do not require fee for maintenance and do not provide evidence for hashrate or have official confirmation by major asics manufacturer. Hashnest is all I need for now, no need to risk anywhere else. If you want to risk - choose hard and buy some altcoins in which you believe ;)

Well lesson learned on hard way.  I  wondered how they can make more btc per ghs then I can with my hardware, now I get an answer. It is shame I did not found this forum and threads about cloud mining before investing in this ponzi
scheme.

Web site bitcoincloudservices.com is down, domain is still active on name Gabriel Kleinman. Is he really Mark Anton Tur bitpay employee ?

It s not down but it does not make a difference for people who lost money on this one. The funny thing is that people who lost money on this one are generally also involved into cloudminr.io, which ll go down next. They say this is a risk differentiation, between Ponzi and Ponzi.

Bitcoindouble, lol. That one did not even pretend to be legit. But I doubt that this is the reason for BTC price not going up.. I just think people who want BTC have enough already and unless there is a killer app or some major breakthroughs to trigger mass adoption nothing will change.. well maybe some minor changes after mining rewards halving but its already included in today price.., sort of..

At that time BTC price was inflated by illegal market manipulations by a bot at MtGox, this is why the price well like a rock, not because there were some big scams. Today there are more scams than ever. Maybe 50-80% of btc projects are a scam (well depends what you consider enough developed to be a project of course) but there were no price movement even after major scams commenced like gaw, amhash etc..

I don't think there is any MR ESTEBAN AMADOR SOTO MARTINEZ or MR GABRIEL KLEIMAN.

Further to some research of Companies House records, I found out the following.

20/04/04

Change of Particulars for Director and Secretary

FROM : Mr Esteban Amador Soto Martinez

TO: Mr David James Smith - D.O.B 11/11/1980

09/06/2014

Change of Particulars for Secretary

FROM : Mr Esteban Amador Soto Martinez

TO: Mr Gabriel Kleiman

16/05/2014

Change of Particular for Director

FROM: Mr David James Smith

TO: Mr Esteban Amador Martinez

---

From here we have a new name of Mr David James Smith and a DOB. Though this information may have been falsely submitted to Companies House.
