how can I repay the BtcJam now because I only got 6 bitcoins and I borrowed 12 from the investors

Tell the people that lent you money that you learned that the only thing stupider than borrowing money to invest in a ponzi scheme is lending money to someone else so they can invest it in a ponzi scheme. Hopefully it wasn't an expensive lesson for them.

I have not received payments either.

Signed up with the 9 months ago so I already have ROI +150%

who has lost heaps of BTC here?

some lost with new contract some win with Old contract (5year)
but average im still lost

you are lucky man can get ROI +150% but if you sell it with flat you can get lost too Price is very low than 9monts ago

Hi I was going to invest more in these guys yesterday but I read the posts.  Then I went to their offices in London - NOTHING, the girl said this is just a managed office for lots of firms.  A VIRTUAL OFFICE and never any computers or mining equipment there for sure.

What these guys have done is fraud, using documents, photos to defraud.  The best thing is to trace the bitcoin transactions, even if they mix them there is still a path to follow I am told.

Meantime I think cloudminr.io looks like a better bet, based in Norway

Original message > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1010670.40

Bitcoin Cloud Services is defiantly a ponzi scheme, they had a stable payout until the 7th of June.
After that they stopped payouts and are not responding to any tickets / emails.

A few days earlier (on the 4th of June) I had send a support ticket to the helpdesk and I noticed this strange subject ending to the automatic response "... - Delayed payout ", apparently they had already changed the settings on their email for when they would run off with all the BTC.

Those who follow the blockchain may have noticed the large volumes that stated moving yesterday. roughly 5000 BTC scattered into brand spanking new wallets and repeated scattering. (the tumbling proces might still be going but I stopt following transactions after a few hours).

Here are a few of those transactions:

It was a ponzi scam and was listed as such in Cloudmining 101 thread..
The very thing that you pay for electricity upfront was looking very bad.. at least for me.. I mean legit services can hardly guarantee that..

"Gabriel Kleiman",
Your face is all over youtube, the block chain can be traced to you "sir" and you will get caught, then they will take away that monkey on your back who stole all of our bitcoins. Feel the sorrow and shame of your deeds your body only lives so long and then the reckoning will befall your spirit. Turn in your records and confess to get a plea bargain for yourself and your partners. "Gabriel" if that is your name or of whom you admire your only way out is to ask for help. For your eternal soul cries unto you to cleanse yourself and remove the evilness that has befallen you. Only you are shown as the representative of the ill gotten gains, your partners will be free unless they are implicated by you and of course spending from the diverse wallets passed down cannot be laundered as if it was cash you of all people should understand that the block chain has traces of everything you do!

Definitely a scam if you ask me

-All payouts have stopped.

-No response from support.

-"Miner" listed in the contract show no new mined coins obviously.

-They very recently have started advertising a new special rate if you buy more.  Most likely to rip off more people.

More interestingly, negative reviews are showing up on their site about not getting payouts and they are quickly being removed - this is probably why they have such a good rating because they are monitoring and removing bad ones.

EVERYONE who has ever dealt with this company should report them here:  http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

There is alot of information in this thread that you can use as reference, and also reference this article as well:  https://bitcoinmagazine.com/20702/exclusive-possible-500000-bitcoin-cloud-mining-ponzi-scheme-uncovered/

Good luck

Most importantly learn the lesson not to invest in any cloudmining that uses photoshopped images of their mining farm, do not require fee for maintenance and do not provide evidence for hashrate or have official confirmation by major asics manufacturer. Hashnest is all I need for now, no need to risk anywhere else. If you want to risk - choose hard and buy some altcoins in which you believe Wink
