Any information on the team behind this?

The graphics are a nice touch.  I don't see any contact information, proof of funds, or provably fair mechanisms however.

It's hard to jump into a site like this just based off the first post of a new account.

Site looks nice, really well designed & set up. I am interested in having a little go to test it out but as usual I like to see a few other people be the guinea pigs first lol. I'll have & little punt & hit you guys up but only once I've read feedback on here from a few other players once they've had a good experience.
Everything looks great here though, you guys seem to have done a good job, I just want to hear from others first. I'll watch this thread & return.

First impressions :

* UI interface is good enough
* Payout table in your slot is unreadable, quite small font (idk its happening only in my end or not)
* When clicked the View Stats, there is no button to bring me back to the main page.

Few Questions :

* Is there any free btc to try your site? I think it is a must to give a free small amount to test your new site, since it is hard to gain new players depositing in your site without try it out first.
* Is your game provably fair?I could not find any info about it..

Interesting, it is not that often that a casino launches without a provably fair label.  This site looks good but I am going to wait for other people to try it first.  I suggest you guys make a provably fair system, many people will not go to the site without this.

A faucet would also be a good option to add just to try out the website. And I believe a provably fair should definitely be there to allow people to verify their bets. Also once in the Blackjack game, I couldn't find a button to take me back to the menu to go to the other games.

Code review doesn't solve the problem IMO, as there is no guarantee that the code reviewed is the code used in production. I am not saying you will do that but you could do that.

Nice graphics of your site but another site which was a dice (sawdice) came some time back and it also had nice UI but later it had trouble with their provable fairness and they had to take it offline, so my advice to you is work out some ways of getting the bets verified and address the issues mentioned in the post I quoted above.

The more transparent a site is about their business the more trust it gains and more people deposit and play.

Don't you think that 50x rollover for 20% deposit bonus is quite high requirement? Even for 100% deposit bonus, 50x rollover seems to be not an attractive promotion. The first 100 cards on deck get formatted to a string containing one char per card. This string is hashed using sha256 and can be accessed before and during each game. When the game is done, this string is also given to you. As we of cause can't create sha256 collisions, you can easily verify the game by calculating sha256(cardsString) using your favorite sha256-tool.

I have a feeling octoplay has turned into a "borderline scam" due to all the issues. It suffers a lot from the lack of support. I have played there about 4-5 times i think. It was fine when the site was launched, absolutely no issues.
But now there are issues after issues, mine have been missing deposits (that were replaced by some kind of deposit bonus and i didn't get the coins even after the bonus was played with).
I would suggest to stay away from it till they get their stuff together.
