If he does not return all funds with interest due as promised on September 30th, 2012, this will be considered a default. This will not be considered a default only if he is able to pay all his customers back with due interests before October 1st, 2012. You cant lose; either the bet winnings exceed the interest cost and you pay everyone out, or they dont, and you will default (or eat the losses to gain rep and go at it again in month or so). Since you know and you can change the outcome of the bet, whichever way the bet goes, you can ensure you win.
