Vescudero will or will not default on the funds lent to him or on the interest due on them in the next few weeks. Funds covered are those listed in & added to his OP & a default is defined as being over 2 weeks late in paying out any interest or funds due. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=89122.0;all

If he does not return all funds with interest due as promised on September 30th, 2012, this will be considered a default. This will not be considered a default only if he is able to pay all his customers back with due interests before October 1st, 2012.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

This user has been sending unsolicited pm's about this bet. I also think this is a sock puppet of vescudero.

Right, you created an account yesterday, first thing you do is spam everyone with PMs about this bet and bet 300 BTC victor wont default. But we should believe you have nothing to do with him?

Its pretty transparent, you just want to pay your investors interest's with the winnings of this bet, since the ponzi hasnt been running for very long, that should be doable. You cant lose; either the bet winnings exceed the interest cost and you pay everyone out, or they dont, and you will default (or eat the losses to gain rep and go at it again in month or so). Since you know and you can change the outcome of the bet, whichever way the bet goes, you can ensure you win.

Less than 7 hours left for this bet to get closed: http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=671

Soon,  we'll know if he pays back all the funds lent to him or not.

So it seems, yesterday vescudero paid out all the funds lent to him with due interests as well.

I have put a question on vescudero's thread asking for confirmation from his lenders.
