Since a couple of days, i've been in contact with both the bitex.club staff and the dev of ideacoin, and after a while i have been able to withdraw my BTC and LTC. A note: i only had a very small amount of BTC, of witch i exchanged some for LTC. I'm not responsible if big amounts go missing ;) I have no affiliation with bitex.club, i just wanted to publicly note they did pay me, and they did their very best to solve the issues we had!
