"errors" : "Warning: The network does not appear to fully agree! Some miners appear to be experiencing issues."

You might want to delete every thing in your C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\IdeaCoin exept your wallet.dat and config file. then rerun and see if the problem go's away.

I dont think its possible (conflict with the bitcoin wallet addresses) its an unfinished "fork"
