What is your purpose of buying a 2nd account aside from that one you are using now? most likely a signature campaign. with that budget, id say you might get a member account at best, but definitely not a full member account unless it was hacked. assuming you want to enroll in a sig campaign, doubling your budget would get you closer to buying a full member account for the increased pay. Member account cannot enroll the most of the signature campaign. If you want to involve in the forum by yourself, then you don't need to buy account. You just use this account to take part in us.
