most likely a signature campaign. with that budget, id say you might get a member account at best, but definitely not a full member account unless it was hacked. assuming you want to enroll in a sig campaign, doubling your budget would get you closer to buying a full member account for the increased pay. |

You know you can get 3 potential full members for the price of 0.06(got 3 of mine that way) I know, but it depends on the activity (50 or 100 for example) and quality of posts. such as you can get hero member for 0.3 btc, and for 1 btc. |

OP try going to auctions section there are accounts being sold there
I also found some accounts being sold here for 0.03 BTC but its a Member account only
