is there any other good way to contact the huobi.com support ? i send some mails at support@huobi.com but no answer, nothing.... ??? the problem is, that i need some btc.... and i didn't got the sms on my phone... so i can't confirm the withdraw... i tried to change the phonenumber, at the new one i got the sms.... but at the old phone nothing.... restartet the phone -> nothing... the big problem ist, that i need this btc very fast and that threre is no reaction from the support.... Won't cost more than 1 euro for China I think. You can withdraw it directly without any authy or sms code if you set a quick withdrawal address, didnt you set atleast 1 quick withdrawal address there? If you look at your withdraw tab you can see a quick withdraw address tab as well but to set that you need to use authy + sms.
