Explorer was not provided (despite the promises), blockchain stucked, no good nodes. This is the main reason why we declined his ICO. Graffiti dev is in black list, if he wants to put a new ICO coin - fee will be 5 BTC (as a guarantee that no more scam will be).

For 2 days C-cex was silent. Finally, after over 2 days and an additional 10 btc of ico coins bought after it was supposed to end, C-cex announced they would end the ico whenever they felt like it and there would be no refunds. Other coins like CYC were added even without ANN and I just saw this form https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/ where looks like you need one to be added. I guess Yobit acts totally random at this point ???
