Why don't you put a 100% buy wall up for a week? that way, the dev has to actually prove his coin is worth ico price before he gets any funds.

All devs info is private, only what I can say - Graffiti dev has not fulfilled the promises given to us on skype, and stops responding immediately after the 4 day holding period. Explorer was not provided (despite the promises), blockchain stucked, no good nodes. This is the main reason why we declined his ICO. Graffiti dev is in black list, if he wants to put a new ICO coin - fee will be 5 BTC (as a guarantee that no more scam will be).

So basically the Dev pays zero btc.. Zero BTC for walletbulders/coingen and zero BTC for YoBit ICO..

Surely some people always but at least a little bit of the ICO, so its ALWAYS a win/win situation for the "Dev" and YoBit.. Both cannot lose as nothing has been paid so far.. After the end of the ICO Yobit keeps 10 % and the Dev gets the rest from his 0 BTC (Zero BTC) investment..

Yobit won't see even near the volumes at Bittrex are traded, and Bittrex is royal scam heaven, btw.
