I think it is because they implement a deposit fee 0.2%, it is not weird if you have experienced in other casinos which use the same script. Perhaps they forget to inform it to their players, I could not find about it anywhere.

yeah but i already paid fee while sending from blockchain.info and there should be no more fees becuse i paid those 10k satoshis (0.02$)
and my transaction was confirmed so you should work on that becuse if i deposit somewhere and i pay fee i get amount i deposited.

40x rollover??? It doesn't make sense for reporting a bug, AFAIK other casinos give this kind of bounties for free without wagering requirement. They need to change this bounty system, perhaps just give lower bounty without any requirements.

Virtual item drops are a fixed rate, sometimes you may get a bunch in a row, sometimes long slow stretches. Amount cycled will affect this.

I played the softswiss slots they have on their website. Some of them are very high variance which is what I look for when taking a large bonus.

Maybe you aren't familiar with many traditional online casinos. But when most offer large deposit bonuses such as 200% and you are able to complete wagering with it and go to cashout what they do is remove the bonus portion that they gave you upfront. So this is nice touch at this casino that they let you KEEP the bonus money once wagering is complete. Like I said most don't. Good luck if you attempt this with a large deposit wagering will be insane but totally worth it if you manage to stay alive.

I think that no one will be able to complete wagering requirement for this no deposit bonus (100x wagering requirement) and even if you manage to get high balance maximum bet when bonus is active is 0.05BTC.
Reducing wagering requirement and lifting max bet during bonus will attract more members to join.
However someone may be lucky to complete this bonus wagering requirement.

Indeed, 100x rollover is not the standard rollover requirement for no deposit bonus in gambling industry. It should be only around 30x rollover IMO. this casino didn't process my payment long time ago, and i tried to withdraw today, it still didn't process.

the story, i saw this casino offered 200% first deposit bonus long time ago, and i deposited 1btc, i got 2 btc totally, and it was an obvious error, i should get 3btc  in total, so i asked the support, they changed my btc balance to 3btc, and something weird happened, i need to rollover 40X of 2btc bonus, which is 80X rollover, i completed 30% and the system said i completed the rollover process(so i was not wrong to withdraw them right?) i withdrew the left 1.7 btc and they said i can't withdraw them cause i didn't complete 80x rollover, and they sent me 1 btc, so the left 0.7btc, they didn't wanna send it to me.

solutions:
1. you pay me 0.7btc as bug bounty.
2. you set rollover of 0.7 btc, if i complete it, you should allow me to withdraw.(i still have over 10 virtual gifts, if you don't let me withdraw, you will still refuse to pay me if i complete the bonus of virtual gifts)

all things were cause by your error, i was not wrong at all.

That is correct, we got the Facebook promotion running atm. However, the promo has changed slightly though. The bonus will be added manually to your account rather then a bonus being given. Yes there is a minimum limit for a bonus/promotion. That is 0.05 BTC for your first deposit to give you of 100%. Your second and third deposit of the same minimum amount of 0.05 BTC gives you a 50% bonus each. Do keep in mind that there are cashout restrictions while the bonus requirements aren't fullfilled AND there is a maximum bet rule for the period you are working on the bonus requirement which is betting a max amount of 0.05 BTC

The item drops indeed are random and yes the bonus they produce once you turn them in does indeed have a wagering of 40. They do drop at random during your gameplay and the value they got do vary. So for instance you can get which go as low as this one:
