I have emailed Admin to address the discrepancy and will respond as soon as I can. Secondly, thank you for trusting to deposit, how were your results in the Casino?

I think it is because they implement a deposit fee 0.2%, it is not weird if you have experienced in other casinos which use the same script. Perhaps they forget to inform it to their players, I could not find about it anywhere.

Just for references :

Admin has advised me that this fee is inherant in the size of your transaction from the currency, not from our website, please see a good explanation for these fees here:

http://bitcoinfees.com

I believe your situation in particular may fall under "4:" in their description.

I had received a code for the promotion (0.05 BTC) and will see how it goes. The site seems eye catching so far.

did anyone from here did some biger withdrawal can someone confirm they are legit Huh
i dont want to dep and then win some and not being cashed out :/
if someone did please post here.
regards.
-Katerniko1

If there is anything left (its 100x wager requirement!) I will try withdrawing and report back.

That didn't take long, was fun while it lasted Grin

Site looked good, better than some of the new casino designs. The virtual items seem to be an interesting feature though I didn't have enough of them to cash out.

Please pm me the email you signed up with and I will look into this for you. I know they are working on a more automated version of item trade in, so this may just be a temporary visual issue you are noticing.

yeah but i already paid fee while sending from blockchain.info and there should be no more fees becuse i paid those 10k satoshis (0.02$)
and my transaction was confirmed so you should work on that becuse if i deposit somewhere and i pay fee i get amount i deposited.
lets say i deposited 0.02 to luckyflop.eu (poker site) and i paid that fee of 10k satoshis (0.02$) i will get my 0.02 and not a cent left Cheesy

As the OP, and under the employ of a casino that is new to bitcointalk.org, I know my opinion doesn't hold much weight in here. However, our aim is to provide the best customer service possible, and we're well aware of the power of angry customers flaming us on the forums. If you choose to place some faith in us, be sure to like and share the facebook page, and we'll get you the additional 50 mBTC bonus.

Cheers

Please PM me your name on facebook, and the email you signed up with. If you liked and shared during the promotion, we have a few reserve codes for situations like this. The common issue was people not reading the part where we say to message us Smiley

Have you guys created a bounty payment system yet? I reported Several bugs in the 50mb promotion thread, and was told I would be paid a bounty once such a system was in place. here is the exchange:

I also found another bug. In "Casino Hold'em", the site allows you to play without having the funds to place a bet. What I mean is that if you have enough to place an ante, but not double the ante, you can still place an ante, but have to fold because you don't have the funds to bet (same amount as ante), which basically just eats up your money.

Thank you for this information, I have forwarded it to our web team, apologies for the inconvenience

Any chance I can get at least the amount I lost refunded to me? Most casinos award bounties for bugs, but at the very least you should repay any unfair losses accumulated due to the bug.

We are in the process of structing the bounty system, once complete you will be contacted directly.

Awesome, thanks for the update!

In case anyone is curious about the bounty system, I just received my bounty for reporting a bug. The bounty was a .025 BTC promo code with a 1BTC wagered requirement to cash out.
