I've really addicted to gambling, a few weeks I'm lucky and win enough for me. I will stop when I really do not have the capital to play, but if I have the capital I would definitely play again  ;D ;D

True that gambling in the long term will most likely cause you to lose money, but I don't think gambling is such a bad thing if you can control yourself not to get addicted. Instead of suggesting people to kill themselves, I would suggest them to record their weekly spending on gambling, and when it becomes larger and larger, they have to stop and seek help immediately.

In a gamble/speculation market, there are always winners and losers, about 10% of total gamblers are winners, 10% people don't make money or lose money, 80% people lose money, luckily I am 10% winners of sportsbetting, dice rolling, blackjack and so forth. But I am a big loser on altcoin exchange, damn lost too money on that kind of gambling.

All I know in gambling the House always wins , but still i will suggest you to Gamble than indulging yourself in Bad activities as you have enough Wealth.
Gambling should be for Fun Not Fore Living , I gamble Just to be Happy , I have some Percent of my Weekly Earning , which i Gamble , Winning or Loosing have no effect on Me.

Agree 100%. Better give away the money or the coins than to gamble in any every kind of gamble. It is for sure that at the end you will lose all your money and the owner of the site of gambling will have all those.

People are free to gamble, there is nothing bad in it. The only problem is addiction but it's not related to gambling. Like Kelly McGonigal said "Addiction is almost always about trying to fix feeling bad" .

for me i just just invest in dice site and then i gamble the faucet who give and it's doing well i can make 0.000038 btc to 0.01 btc then i just add it to invest it's very hard and it need a multiple try to work but it's ok for me to lose free satoshi  :P

@op , take this from someone that was sitting on the floor of a casino at 4 am, after loosing over 3 000 eur that night; It is not the casino, dice, slot..etc fault,
it is our own. We are given a choice, and a chance, and weather we take it or not is our choice and eventual fault.

In my case the main problem was that i was greedy, and didn't want to stop while i was in quite nice profit, but i have learned my lesson, and now i have limits
to how much im willing to risk, and when i will cash out. You need to do the same, and accept that is your choice that made you loose.

i don't use autobet i will tell you example i bet low than 90 and the result is 5 i just bet all my balance low 90 again ;) and do it a multiple time test then bet all balance and you will see :p it's free stoshi after all :p

Gambling is an hobby, some have it as a job(poker gamblers) some just an hobby, you don't have to kill yourself for something that entertains you

Man that does not make any sense. I gamble for fun, and I even did it for a while to actually win something (in poker and sportsbetting), and I did fine, as I was able to pay my college, but it was to stressful so I stepped back and resume gambling for fun. It was profitable in either scenario, I win less when I play for fun because I dedicate less time to it, but I'm still on profit overall.

So really it's not about the gambling itself it's about your attitude toward gambling. I never tried to chase losses etc, either way, and always did a decent bankroll management, so I have no problem gambling and I recommend it. The problem is not in gambling, so don't say don't gamble, actually just  ask yourself if you have the correct mind to be able to gamble.

well you can earn money by gambling.

Has someone force you to gamble? You have gamble for a reason, same as others. So if you cannot control your self and you are gambling what you cannot effort, this is when you have an issue and you should fix your self.

No, not all people loose. For example joca and ajaxmoor are getting rich by their own picks. Ajaxmoor bets on his picks that he posts and he has really good stats. I am not sure if joca bets on all his picks.

Yes you can if you play slow enough, lets say one day you try to earn around 0.1 in one month you will get around 3 btc. But lets say sometimes you are up and down, you will earn around 1.5 btc and that is pretty good amount. Im not saying that you hit some jackpot or winning big you will earn more from it but you need to control it or you will lose all of your hardwork  ;D

gambling can be very addictive and people who get into gambling always lose a lot of money doing it.

I haven't seen a single person who has benefited from gambling (other than the owners of the gambling sites). Some people were lucky... earning quite a lot of quick profits in the beginning. But even they gambled away their initial profits and then slid deeper in to debt, when the addiction took hold.

Lost more on ponzi cloud mining and buying mining gear than I ever have gambling. I gamble almost daily win lose over and over but I play for fun which why casino's fall into the entertainment genre.

These are the sentences which at some point everyone of us who gamble feels.This is so true whatever you explained already in your opening post as exact this happened with me too something was telling me I will win but the result was contrarily.

That statement is a little harsh. I know people who make money from sportsbooks. I know a lot of people lose money, only successful few make money, but they are there. You can't ignore success. I met some of them and try to learn new things. They don't explain their strategies but they gave me nice tips.

Some people are just making this thread because they are losing a lot and they can't afford to lose that much. There are many people that earn money from gambling and not all success but what I learn from them is they know how to control their feeling to bet. Not just doing random bet here. Thats why I really appriciate them much that can earn much or by hitting some jackpot

It is difficult to run a casino and investment is huge, not anyone can easily run it. Running a profitable casino is more difficult than making insane money from casino, you need lots of energy to keep running it well. So people prefer have fun on gambling.

Lots of punters are making money from Gambling, the main problem with the newbies in betting is, neither they dont have a clear strategy nor money management.  These two are basic things you must follow to win something from grambling.  Dont think that you will be get rich in two days while doing Gambling.

It is easy to loose money than winning, so be patient, wait for the right time and dont bet with money that you need soon.

Gambling has to be taken for fun only thing. So if you put lower stake in gambling you can have fun for longer period without significance loss. Therefore as i do, i suggest only to gamble with lower amount upto amount you are ready to loss.

I think, if you arrived the point where you were truly abstinent for a very long period, a family member would help you out get out of crushing debt. You are not that old and you can earn money to pay back your debts, if you commit to it. All of this stuff is hard, but it is doable.

That's definitely the truth; rare are things that can't be fixed. I had a debt about 50 times my wage, meaning it would take me over 4 years of giving away everything i earn just to
repay it - but today i'm standing tall once again. It's all in your head and in the support you get along the way. Just don't lose hope.

I think every one will start these gambling games just for fun but after playing some time they will slowly thinks they can make money out of it because now they know how to win the games. Once start playing with money than most of them will never stop until they lose all their money. This is the problem with gambling.

I agree that it's impossible to make money with gambling (actually it is possible but the chances are so weak that to count on them is crazy).

However I disagree that you can't play "just for fun". Why not? Anyone can afford to lose some amount, which would be either 30k sats or 0.5 BTC depending on your wealth. Just don't gamble with an amount which is significant to you.

I understand your point, and yout welcome.to your opinion, however what right do you have to tell others not to gamble. My brother is a professional sports gambler. By professional  i mean it is his full time job he has generated more per month then many make in a year. His most recent win was over 30,000$ US.

OP you are so right. But remember a lot of people think they can be rich and they want to do it without making too much of an effort.

I think people living out of gambling is all assumptions or those people should be born very rich otherwise it is quite impossible. So it is not fair to tell that statement and motivate people for playing gambling. I think people should only play gambling for fun or entertainment purpose.

Some people can earn money from gambling! Yes its much easier if u are very rich already, but its also not impossible to start from zero and make something. And we can discuss about anything, but if u put your time, energy and brain u can make something in anything. How much u put yourself in something thats how much u will get back! I think no one can earn money regularly from gambling. So for I never see any one in my life who has become rich or at least surviving with gambling.

No one can earn money regularly from gambling but most of the time people will win if they play with the right way. There are alot of proffesional  poker player that get alot everytime they play but they are just a small number if you compare to everyone that lost

People who gamble for fun only and don't treat that as a job or a source of income have no problems and are happy with this hobby.

Although you are rich enough it will make you poor if you keep on betting like crazy, never stop of it and never think your future. Nope, in gambling you can't never start from zero. You need to have some balance to get profit, higher balance higher profit so if you dont have fund to bet there is no way you can get profit from it. I agree. Why isn't it possible to gamble just for fun? If you have a gambling addiction then, yes, you shouldn't gamble even for fun. Same thing with alcoholics - they can't have just small drink for fun, if they start drinking they can't stop, but if you are a healthy person then of course you can drink for fun and nothing bad will happen to you because of that. Well, it might be bad even for nonalcoholics, but we are talking in general here.

The problem is that usually people start by having fun but like myself the fun ends after I start losing. Losses are too hard to take for most people which leads to a so called need to gamble. Also for some people it is very hard to forget past losses and move on.

I think killing yourself is a bit harsh but I agree in some respect, don't start gambling to try to make a living as in the long run you will regret it, unless you are super lucky.

If your brother win such amounts in sporting bets mean that him is connected with the mafia of betting which act in some corrupted countries and establishes the results of the matches before buying players or referees. Otherwise is totally impossible to have such winnings. To have such winnings mean to bet 50 000 every match and if he made this kind of "job" all the day mean that him bet millions of us dollar every day. When find your brother all that money? Collects these from the trees in your home garden? So, or you lie (and this is the most probable option) or your brother is a mafia person.

i dont think that gambling is that bad, in my opinion gambling might earn you a very huge amount of money though of course you will have to be very lucky in order for that thing to happen because of that i try to stay away from the gambling games usually

Gambling for big profits, is not the way to go. The best way to gamble is to gamble for fun, entertainment etc .
