Are you giving the buyer logins to your trading accounts? If not, the currently paid for APIs will be useless to the new buyer.

I would never do that. All you can really every sell is the core with no API unless you want to turn over an account verified with your personal information to someone else, and that can cause you trouble in the future if something illegal is done with those accounts.
