He won't change the API key unless they are paid for again. Are you giving the buyer logins to your trading accounts? If not, the currently paid for APIs will be useless to the new buyer.

He said he would help me with this, if that is the case then teh C.A.T. Script is a scam.

He helps you change the user for the core. He will never change API keys, even if you accidentally change your own, without new payment for the API.

To keep the same API keys yes, you need to turn over access to your accounts to buyer. I would never do that. All you can really every sell is the core with no API unless you want to turn over an account verified with your personal information to someone else, and that can cause you trouble in the future if something illegal is done with those accounts. Every time API changes you have to pay Sampey again. He warns people to never change their APIs.

Allright well I can sell this and probably Sampey can get a good deal for selling the Apis. I would not give up my trading accounts. This is kinda stupid but whatever. One thing that I am not clear about is that I can ust send over the zip of the program, and they can buy the APi for ~0.1 btc for a working copy, whats to stop me from doing that? This isn't very though out IMO.
