That was implemented during the spam attacks.

How long have you waiting since you made the transaction? I dont know when he sent that payment, and I dont know weather he got any Message. He Sent me First PM on 13 and Second 19 that he still not got paid. I think some information are missing here, If he has sent 0.01351228 btc then he should get it back after few days (mostly 2-3 days) after he tried to send the bitcoins to you. The blockchain does not show when the returned balance arrived to the address as it was not included in any block. It is counted as no transaction was made. If the sender sent at 13th September he should got back the funds by 15-16 September which is a week ago. |
