You can find it on other block explorers like blocktrail (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/33d7f0de4826a24d18fcc81e799960812df3e47d104f6ef66534249b240605ce) It has no fee so blockchain.info pruned the transaction from their node in order to keep their node's mempool size low. That was implemented during the spam attacks.

It mostly happen when the fees are very very low or no fee applied in the transaction.
How long have you waiting since you made the transaction?
Also for information the amount of bitcoin will be sent back to the sender

Hi, thanks for your reply, Im Piiko.com Official, Someone tried to Topup his number Using our site, and Sent the Payment but that was Pruned by blockchain, May be because of Low fees as you mentioned. I dont know when he sent that payment, and I dont know weather he got any Message. He Sent me First PM on 13 and Second 19 that he still not got paid.

I think some information are missing here,
If he has sent 0.01351228 btc then he should get it back after few days (mostly 2-3 days) after he tried to send the bitcoins to you.
The blockchain does not show when the returned balance arrived to the address as it was not included in any block. It is counted as no transaction was made.

It has been already finished, because i think the funds has been sent back to the sender.

If the sender sent at 13th September he should got back the funds by 15-16 September which is a week ago.
