Firstly this belongs to currency exchange and secondly no one is going to deal with a newbie they will be risking too much of their btc. So why not go and scam somewhere else?

If so, you should create a thread in scam accusation and show your proofs, no one is going to even so much as think about your accusation without any proof.

Create a new thread in scam accusation with that image and the transaction id and then it would be valid proof, also u need to provide that it was him u was dealing with.

BTW, People will not deal with an newbie forum account that pays with paypal, because newbie accounts are worth near to nothing.

If you're having that much trouble, perhaps you'd be best to start a scam accusation against both users - and you personally give them negative feedback / trust with the reference as your scam accusation OP.

It will never work
PP via BTC for newbie is called scam
Or let's say 1 from 100 user's is not.

This is not the place to post who scammed whom. If this was really a scam then create a new topic in Scam accusations with solid proofs.
You will get justice

BTW IIRC that skype is the skype of a known PP scammer, who keeps appearing under newbie alts, would be better if you report this in Scam Accusations.
