Firstly this belongs to currency exchange and secondly no one is going to deal with a newbie they will be risking too much of their btc. So why not go and scam somewhere else?

BTW, People will not deal with an newbie forum account that pays with paypal, because newbie accounts are worth near to nothing. |

If you're having that much trouble, perhaps you'd be best to start a scam accusation against both users - and you personally give them negative feedback / trust with the reference as your scam accusation OP. |

He tried me to send him some $ upfront and refused to use escrow. I know this belong to scam acussations, I haven't been scammed. He was. Just leaving some leaks.

BTW IIRC that skype is the skype of a known PP scammer, who keeps appearing under newbie alts, would be better if you report this in Scam Accusations.
