rice rice rice  ;D how about you ?

I eat 3 meals and maybe one snack all day.

Do you eat nothing but rice? I hope you eat something else haha.

i have about 3-4 meals daily, it depends on alot of factors

I eat burger, pizzas on daily basis. Because I like it very much

When I'm at home I don't count, when I feel I need something to eat I go and eat.

Isn't the standard for pretty much everyone three meals a day with a couple of snacks in between? (unless you live in poverty or some shit).

Well for me its a bit hard to say, i work daily and night shifts. So i have days when i sleep and nights when i`m awake. I`m eating when ever i get hungry, and snacks of course any kind.

 i eat once a day, no fixed time for that. But it happens i eat once every 2 days aswell
but it realy depends, if i worked hard or a period of long and hard handlabour days, i could eat 3 à 4 times a day while snacking in between. sometimes in weekend, hungry or not i like to enjoy becon and eggs with selfmade bread and farmbutter as a breakfast.
i actually eat more functionally, lots of work= lots of food, lazy days office days = lesser food
on vacation, relaxed and no worries on my mind, i eat, cook and discover foods and make hobbits cry of jalousy and wondering.

Mine was 4 in past.
Strong breakfast with eggs, cheese, meat
Weak lunch, maybe 1/2 plate rice
Couple of snacks around 4 pm
Strong evening meal

Now I try to eat weaker in breakfast and stronger at lunch, I removed snacks and I started eat less evening.

When I was a smoker I use to eat 2 meals per day and I was having a problem with my weight. I can not raise my kg just because of the cigarettes. After I quit my biorhythm was change sharply. I start to eat more, add plus another meal to my daily schedule and finally solve the problem with the weight.

I was read it a lot of articles who are related with healthy life and talking with people about healthy life and what I have discover was... It's not so important what you eat and how much you eat, it is the pause between the meals who will bring you the best results. After I start to eat 3 meals per day and schedule the time of pause 7-8h per meal, I have gained it amazing results. I must admit that at the beginning I was having a critical moments between 5-6 hour, but after you pass that you will be able to bee hungry even more then you think! :D

You are definitely spending allot of effort on your body building diet, tried doing that but couldn't follow the diet for long.
