I am lucky if I can get away with only eating one full meal a day.  I do have a few snacks, but I just do not like eating full meals.  Tonight I had left over turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and stuffing!!

I eat about 5 meals, 3 large ones, and 2 small ones in between. I need to eat this much because I go to the gym everday.

Well that depends, i eat when im hungry so it depends what i do and eat during the day.

That depends what my schedule looks like. If there is no time- then 3 meals, but I try to eat 5 times a day in smaller portions.

I prefer to eat 3 meals per day...

When I was a smoker I use to eat 2 meals per day and I was having a problem with my weight. I can not raise my kg just because of the cigarettes. After I quit my biorhythm was change sharply. I start to eat more, add plus another meal to my daily schedule and finally solve the problem with the weight.

I was read it a lot of articles who are related with healthy life and talking with people about healthy life and what I have discover was... It's not so important what you eat and how much you eat, it is the pause between the meals who will bring you the best results. After I start to eat 3 meals per day and schedule the time of pause 7-8h per meal, I have gained it amazing results. I must admit that at the beginning I was having a critical moments between 5-6 hour, but after you pass that you will be able to bee hungry even more then you think! Cheesy
