Here in my country there are several places where you can spend your coins, but the total amount is still way too low. You can buy fastfood with Bitcoin, buy beer in a pub, rent a bike with Bitcoin. That's it about it. I am more interested in seeing a supermarket nearby willing to accept Bitcoin.

Your thread consists of questions that are not that related. I've never used Bitcoin as a payment method in person but I did buy it once via a Bitcoin bon. Explaining Bitcoin is really hard at times. You have to use a good analogy so that some can actually understand rather than just pretending to.

I prefer to HODL , I never buy stuff usually but I use it from time to time to buy digital goods (mostly Steam games) . Bitcoin may sounds simple to us with time but I personally find it hard to explain it to someone .
for what comes to my country , my country is so big however we have like 0 zero stores that accepts bitcoin so can't do much with them unless I use them online as I said above . I have one that knows what BTC is , he founds is annoying honestly when I start to explain (but as I said I guess I'm just not good at explaining to people what BTC is ) but well .. it's his choice

No, I never used bitcoin to buy something. Except the using of it in the case of investment to earn others. It was paid with it for clod mining only. One time with success and another with loss.
It is not hard to explain to someone about bitcoin. It is enough that the other have the will to hear and in about 15-20 minutes everything is done.
In my country there are no store which accept bitcoin. Bitcoin itself is known very few or almost at all.
No any of my friends is related with bitcoin. I am the only one. Some of they have some knowledge about bitcoin given by me but not to much.

Yes I have paid bitcoin to pay my mobile bill several times and to buy some discount vouchers.Bitcoin is really very hard to explain because it is very different from traditional currency or payment system and the most difficult part is to make them believe that bitcoin can be trusted.I am not aware of any offline store that accept bitcoin in my country even online shopping stores are less with limited goods and services.None of my friend is aware or even heard of bitcoin

to tell you the truth, is not easy to explain someone what exactly is the bitcoin and how it works, they always start with a lot of questions that all of us had when we start in this world, so yes is hard to explain to someone it.

Yes, just pay very often online with Bitcoin. Only in Paris you can find more stores, coffee shops, etc, to pay with Bitcoin.

It just depends about explaining. If somebody is tech savvy, they get it really fast. There are some people though that can get it even after I explain the 3 times.

Until big payment processors accept bitcoin to exchange into any currency you want, I think it will stall to be the outright winner of completing all your payments.
I don't bother to explain bitcoin to anyone. It is too complicated for most people to grasp or they don't want to be bothered with another method of payment. They are happy with their cash and credit cards. So I say, "Uhmmh, suit yourselves!"

Yes, we have loads of people accepting Bitcoin and we have access to Bitcoin ATM's and vending machines. My local pub also accept Bitcoin and that is the most important merchant.  ;)

All my friends and family have Bitcoin and they use it daily, so it's quite widespread around here. I also have friends who receive part of their salary in Bitcoin directly and that is a big plus.

I think it's easier in the 1st world, because the infrastructure is in place to offer these services to enable Bitcoin use.  ;D

How hard it is to explain to someone what's bitcoin? Well, the hardest part is not about providing the explanation. It is about convincing them on why we need bitcoin in the first place. Most of them will tell you that since your fiat will get you virtually everything, why do you need to convert to bitcoin in order to purchase the same item. Then you will have to find a way to turn things around and then letting them know that fiat value is shrinking as days go by.

No I haven't used it as a payment method (only to pay for dollars). I have explained it to some people, and it has not been that hard really, people already have the concept of electronic money.

i am from india and here still 90% of the people dont know about bitcoin, i have introduced some of my friends and in that around only 20% are using and collecting details about bitcoin. recently i used my internet recharged online with bitcoin, experience was good, so now i am also trying to open bitcoin store. just waiting for some help.

90% dont know about bitcoin?  India has more than a billion population I dont think even that 10% know anything about bitcoin.The percentage is much less than this

I don't plan on using it for anything mundane that could be bought with fiat. Just like a lot of other people out there, I felt like im using something too valuable for it. In the future when you can get paid in BTC and there is BTC everywhere and the price is higher, then I will use it. Right now is like spending 10.000 on groceries.

There's a couple stores near me. A natural lotion and creams place. An outdoor sportswear camping gear type place. There's a gold dealer that told me accepted btc a while ago not sure if he's still, he sounded kind of wary when I talked to him. He was using bitpay and I'm not so sure he was happy with it but didn't trust his staff to do the tx themselves. Haven't talked to him in a while.
I bought brunch when btc was like 80$ at a cafe now closed. It was the only thing I actually wanted available here. I'm not spending my btc on anything now no matter what though. I don't have enough btc or $ so I'm hodling

Other Than that, a litecoin asic and soms computer components.

Real dat ti dat besides beer is still diffficult.

Bitcoin has made the online transactions easier and safer then normally what we used to do with credit cards.... I think now BITCOIN will someday take the place of local currency...  :)

I only used for a few things that I think is better to use

It's quite harder for a bitcoin enthusiastic in my country as buying as well as spending both are very much harder than any where where else in this world. I feel personally any crowd funding initiative must be launched at least for buying bitcoin like ATM or local bitcoins kind of start up.

1. Yes. I use Bitcoin for all my online shopping. I bought Amazon Giftcards with Bitcoin and buy something awesome for myself on Amazon.com. I also use them to pay for phone fees and web hosting. Just a few months back, I spent around 50 USD buying domains name. Hoping to sell them for a good price.

2. It is very hard to explain to an average person. It is very easy to explain to a tech-savvy person.

3. I'm not sure. I rarely use Bitcoin in physical life and look out for shops that accept Bitcoin. Back in the 2013 or 2012 I saw one shop that accept Bitcoin and that is only time I saw a physical shop accept Bitcoin. Other than that, online articles says that there is lot of shop here that accept Bitcoin. However, I dont have time to check them out. Hopefully I will be doing that one day. :).

Yes. They are new. They will soon learned what exactly bitcoin is.

1. Yes I have, via my xapo card, there have been a few opportunities where I paid for stuff just like with any other debit card
2. It can be difficult to explain to someone what bitcoin is exactly but nothing really beats experience at the end of the day.
3. There are a few stores that do accept bitcoin although it is not common, there are a few cafes that started doing so and they also have bitcoin ATMs
4. Very few friends are aware about bitcoin and they are still learning although the term is familiar to more people than a year or two ago.

I used Bitcoin as payment method online so many times, it's already working and bitcoin just like the other currencies ..But offline there is another story, many people even don't know what's bitcoin till now and really there is a very few stores offline using it as payment processor till now, we hope things could change for the near future

here into portugal theres no such thing developed yet and btc its for some communities just a play coin and crime coin still but major euro are gonna get like china and usa into this next 2 to 3 years will be common

It depends on the pwrsons interest. If the person is open to anything and most likely find technology interesting then it can be easy, but tjen if someone has nver been online, I don't think it's best to explain bitcoin yet not until they get the hang of how the technology works on the internet.

 No there is not much stores that accepts bitcoin. Unfortunately bitcoin is not yet known widely so we are trying our best here to spread the knowledge more.

Some of them. Well my friends offline doesn't even know that I know a thing or two about bitcoin. I live in a province and not everyone in here will be interested in such. My online friends does know about it and we are helping each other to understand more depth in the bitcoin community.

It is very hard especially if they will say right away that its fake or scam.

Here in the Philippines bitcoin can already be used in many different ways like buying prepaid credits or buying steam wallet code, used as payment for credit card,electric, and water bills. And many more.

None of my friends know about bitcoin because they are easy going and not think about what will happen to their future.

not in may area but may be in most of the area the bitcoin is an essential part of daily life. people use it as they use flat currency. may be feel more convenient as compare to flat currency because they can use their bitcoin in any part of the world. i am still hopeful that a time will come when in my area shopkeepers will accept bitcoin and they will do exchange as legal currency.

The Bitcoin adoption rate here is not very high and there is a lot to be desired in terms of retailers accepting the crypto coin as a legitimate payment method both online and offline but there are 3rd party solutions like buying voucher codes or gift cards that make spending Bitcoin indirectly possible so I am satisfied at the end of the day because I have done my shopping and I have used Bitcoin even if not directly. I hope in the near future merchants will accept more often direct payments with Bitcoin so I wouldn't need to pay unnecessary conversion fees and so on.

i used bitcoin to buy a coffee and donut once. the shop was in downtown and wasnt close to my house so i dont go there often. where i live there arent really any places that accept bitcoin as a method of payment, maybe thats why barely any of my friends know about it.

For me its also helps for my daily financial because of bitcoin i can now go to shops online or go to malls with my family unlike before that i am always doing my daily job until i found bitcoin there's no hope if i have no sideline..

Lucky for you you've got a store that you can directly use it to. As for me I have to run it through a btc-powered debit card so I can use it.

Although, a lot of international merchants already accept it, so yeah, I use it every now and then for online purchases directly.

here in our country bitcoins is not much famous in other people, but some of stores here like 7/11 you can buy bitcoins directly using coins.ph, but my friends , relatives or other people in our village doesn't know about bitcoins, my father finding a business but i can't tell him to use bitcoins because they don't know it and they don't trust me about money talks  :(

There is still the question that older generations are not as inclined to innovations like new generation and the same applies to towns and villages.

Bitcoin is primarily an investment instrument for me, and an additional source of income. I sometimes use it to buy load credits for my mobile phone and pay utility bills. Other than that, I basically just hold, buy at dips, earn what I can and hope that my investment turns out to be a good one in the long run.

they don't know that you can earn big bucks of money just sitting on computer and do some experiments to your bitcoins, they choose to work so hard instead of watching your bitcoins grow, maybe it needs to promote in televisions and let people to be aware about bitcoins.

My bitcoins in my daily life is use it as a payment to buy a load to my friend. If i use my bitcoin my friend always offer a 5% off to his selling load and thats the good here in bitcoin.

There are many store here but in my place theres no stores that accept bitcoin. They accept only cash .
They dont know what exactly is a bitcoin. They just know that this coin is playing money.

We are all hoping on this but right now this is still far away from now, I hope that the bitcoin will be globally known because when that happens it can be possible in my eyes.

yup, i used bitcoins to buy foods and to upgrade my pc. For me, it's really hard to explain to someone what's bitcoin, because you really need to find out yourself. When my parents ask me about btc, i don't know how to answer, i just tell them that i can make money form it. In our country, there are so may stores that i can use with bitcoin, just like buying clothes, there is a site here in philippines where you can buy clothes with bitcoins.

Right now, I only use bitcoin as payment for my mobile phone's load credits. I can also use it to pay utility bills but the service I'm using takes three days before they clear and confirm the transaction, so I am sticking with paying my bills online, especially for bills whose due dates are quite near.

I havent experienced it yet but it is available here and from what I heard its fast and good. On my country its available on online store but not all stores. Its hard to explain to anyone the idea of bitcoin cause it has  a lot of meaning.

Bitcoin is getting more used as a payment method and that is really nice because you have to know that Bitcoin is becoming more used and some people with already Bitcoin are using it as their payment method.
And that is really nice for the currency itself and also for the future because Bitcoin is getting more popular.

I agree, they will just say it is a scam or fake. Others will just laugh at what you are doing. They don't know the potential of bitcoin. They won't believe you until they see some real results in it and start befriending you because they are jealous on what you already have.

If something big will just happen (not a bad event) that will make bitcoin known to everyone in the world and will gain interest from them, then that will going to be the start of Bitcoin in daily life. :)

i think the bitcoin in daily life is not so much popular. majority of the people have no idea about it. they dont know what bitcoin is. actually bitcoin is not a legal currency. most of the areas there is no practical use of it. but now the trend is changing. people are now knowing about bitcoin. they are entering in the world of bitcoin. a am sure that a time will come when people will use it as a normal currency in their daily life.

Its really sad that we cannot use bitcoin in daily life, as the use of bitcoin is very limited at a moment, and it is only used for buying online stuffs, nothing more then that.

I use it for fun as it has not incorporated itself in my daily activities yet. I don't pay my rent or lunch with it as that is not an option yet but it soon might be so until then it is just for use as my entertainment purposes. I use it for my sports betting for now.

I see Op created this topic in October 2015. For me it will be really interesting to come back to this topic in a year, two, three and evaluate bitcoin's adoption rate.

Adoption is growing, I never imagined in 2015 that we will have direct Steam acceptance. But - at the same time you can't buy Humble Bundle directly with BTC anymore :/

Yeah even I use it for gambling whenever I feel to gamble, rest I don't spend it anywhere and if I am in need of money then I convert some of it to my local currency.

For now i just use bitcoin for buying domain and hosting sometimes i just use it to gamble just for fun but for my majority i just use it in marketing buy PPC adwords or other ppc for advertisement campaign..

I can say that there is no. In everyday life, I do not use Bitcoin. In my country there are no required services allow me to pay for goods and services Bitcoins.
I mean clean Bitcoin, without converting to Fiat.

Yes, sometimes im using my bitcoin to pay my monthly bills and buy a load. but in our country i think there is no stores yet accepting bitcoin as payment. and only few of my friends knew about it.

I am not using it daily, but whenever I am in need of money I convert my bitcoin to local currency, as it is very convenient and easy to transfer into my bank account.

the bitcoin in daily life is very hard, in my country we use "warteg" as favorit restaurant, and the owner never accept visa, mastercard or other payment, so i can't use bitcoin.

The usage of bitcoin is very limited at a moment, mostly its used only for online transactions, but its not used daily for sure, only when looking to buy something online occassionaly.

We have to admit the bitcoin acceptance is not yet widespread and much that we would like to use it more often, there are just not that many shops, stores or establishments that are ready to accept it. So I only get to use bitcoin for topping up my mobile phone's credits and pay some utility bills.

Only very few countries have got increased acceptance of bitcoin. Only after years the usage will increase which gradually make bitcoin usage in daily life.

Here in the netherlands we can exchange almost instantly from bank to btc ., so if i can pay with bitcoins i will exchange to btc and pay that way.  Most of the time you will get some btc dust as bonus after the payment.

Answers depends from country we live in, in every country situation is different.
I used btc to pay for some games and Netflix couple, it's what I can do for now, maybe things will be different in future.
To some people its very hard to explain what is btc and blockchain, some get it very easy. Recently I saw how showing money from btc have the best effect, people then wish to learn and try to do something.
I have friends related with btc world, some of them knows very good what is bitcoin, other's just gamble and they enjoy in that.

I have used bitcoin but not in daily terms.  Since store option to use Bitcoin is very rare in my country. So it is likely used for monthly bills and remittances.  Moreover, to explain it in a third world country, is pretty much very complicated for a beginner especially the terminology like hashes, algorithm etc.  I say it because i need to teach my interested friend a couple of days before he understand the basic Stuff of Bitcoin.  And it took him a month or two to fully grasp bitcoin economy.   

It seems kinda pointless some times to find a reason why I should influence someone to accept Bitcoins IRL situations to purchase something. 

Like the whole point of Bitcoins is supposed to be a currency where you can pay someone money without having to reveal your identity or who you are as a person; and then when you go up to them and try to explain why you want to pay this person with a currency that is supposed to help protect your right to privacy by remaining pseudonymous, I can just see them saying "well, I mean, I'm looking at you right now... why do you want to remain pseudonymous?" 

Then from there it gets into the real sticky debate that well it can be viewed as a store of wealth, then you have to explain the limited nature of bitcoins to only 21 Million coins, blah blah blah...

Right. It depends upon how the BTC is used. Though BTC is not used in my country, out currency is used which was really exchanged from BTC. Both go hand in hand. BTC to my currency for expense in my country. If I spend some money for my expense in my daily life of course the money has come from BTC. So BTC is everything for me. 

actually we have no such facilities in our area. therefore i never use bitcoin in my daily life.

The problem with bitcoin is that it cannot be spent in daily life at a moment, to spend we need to have place and that is missing, but it is definitely helping us to save those coins for future.

I have used it once in my life for buying a domain and that was much better experience of me as with bitcoin payment to service was very interesting and it was much easier.

I think the best for me is to make your own blog use bitcoin to buy domain and hosting that you can use to start a blog. put some advetising in your so that you will earn and even you are not updating it you can passively earn money.

Bitcoin is not actually helping my daily life but it helped me when I need extra money to pay on my expenses . I am not using it for my own necessity but I am using it in a smarter and practical way , I used bitcoin before to pay electricity and water bills and also for my tuition fee on the university .

As said, BTC is the main source for my daily expense. Need money to buy anything starting from A to None will offer anything for free if they do not get anything in return. I am working on to earn more BTC to be more comfortable with my daily requirement.

I know this is an old response, but there are actually some ways that you can use Bitcoin in your daily life. Debit cards from companies such as Xapo (or a few others which I can't remember) and maybe Spectrocoin allow for you to make payments using a physical debit card.

I personally am saving what Bitcoin I can for the future and I'm primarily holding, but I'll probably buy one of those cards in the future.

First of all. yes i have used BTC several times as a payment method to buy products from the internet.
Depends on the person.At first, i was having a hard time explaining it, but after some time i think i found the "right" and simple words to make my friends understand what it is about.
I don't know anything about a store receiving BTC in Greece. there must be some. but until now i have no idea unfortunately. But even if they did accept btc, the  products in Greece are more expensive sometimes. For example i bought my phone from China because it costed around 100+ euro in Greece.
At last but not least only around 2 or 3 know exactly what's a bitcoin because they are internet geeks just like me. the others just have a general idea.

just go buy an electronic things outside your area,nowadays is an era of digital,so many people done international transaction when you still getting stuck on your area,try to explore further,however there's exist bitcoin debit card too which could be used widely around the world as long the merchant accepting either visa or mastercard

It happened only few years ago that we could buy gift cards and other goods online with bitcoins and now it's possible to even sell digital/physical goods and possibly buy everything that's available online. We only need few more shopping portals to accept bitcoins and then we'll be using it just like debit/credit cards. Users who own bitcoin debit cards can use it in stores as well but it's expensive which I agree here.

Buying computers with bitcoins is really easy as you can buy literally everywhere, the problem is the shipping that may probably take its time depending on where you live.

i never use bitcoin in my real life. but i wish to use it. it is really hard to explain some one about bitcoin. it need extra effort the reason is that most of the people in my area are illiterate and they have no knowledge about computer and internet. i have no idea abut the other provinces and cities but unfortunately in my city there is not a single shop where bitcoin is accepted for shopping. i have so many friend here in local area who are engage in bitcoin. they have invested their money and some are also doing earning from signature campaigns.

It's not true for everyone as some over here manage to earn 1-2 BTC per month which makes their earning $650-$1300 and it's more than what they could manage to earn in a full time job as some of them are students. It definitely can be considered as a salary for many.

My country is a bit slow with accepting bitcoin, many people around me never heard for bitcoin or blockchain. Some people show interest when I`m talking about bitcoins, others are suspicious, asking me how much real it is, is that really exist, can they spent this coins for somethin.For me bitcoin is present in every day, I`m earning coins, trade with coins, gamble with coins. I think one day I will be able to even spend bitcoins in other ways, like paying for different things, and buying everything I need with bitcoins.

It is not hard at all, just give him some youtube or google links related to bitcoin. Third, in my country, there is no stores yet which I know that use bitcoins. Yes same here, I always make sure that I have money in my bitcoin wallet account because in case of emergency, they will be of great use. Like the example that you said which is using bitcoin for mobile recharges. I can relate to that. Because mobile load is very important to us and if we ran out of load,  well no need to worry because our bitcoin wallet is there to help us plus some rebate.

Serious issue when it comes to awareness of crypto currencies in many developing countries. Though I keep telling my friends about bitcoins and the whole industries (I’m not an expert but I share knowledge what I get from internet and mostly from bitcointalk members).

While talking about bitcoin, I use the examples of online wallets of local currency (example – Freecharge, Paytm in India) and tell them this is same but it has difference. Responses I get are mostly focused on issues like security, return on investments, taxation, accessibility etc. Eventually most of them understand what it is all about but they are still conservative when it comes to investments.

Well in terms of security, I think you are going to lose that argument with your friends, especially if they have heard anything that has been going on with bitcoin lately and can compare that to visa and other payment forms... Debit/credit cards now have chips that are more secure, compared to bitcoin which has the problem of overcoming the block size bloat and miner frustrations due to halving and costs of running a mining company.

If I were you I would focus on the fact that there is no governmental agency trying to tax what you are paying, so you can pay someone over the internet tax free.... this is a huge deal when considering large purchases online.

I don't sell my Bitcoin in daily basis I'd rather save it for future use but there are some instances that i have to use it like mobile loads, emergency funds when I'm short out of money.    Its hard to explain what is bitcoin, at least my friend that showed me everything was problem to explain me. He is the only one who use bitcoin in our building, and maybe all block. He knows some people that use bitcoins, but they live in other parts of the town.

I do not see the logic in this view whatsoever. So bitcoin is a currency, why does that make it an "investment?" I'm from the UK, but I don't see dollars or euros or roubles as an investment do I? They're currencies, just with different values relative to each other and all used in different areas of the world. I don't see why bitcoins should be any different; of course they are decentralized and as such the value of them relative to other currencies is determined differently, and the digital nature means you can use them globally, but the point still stands that bitcoin is a cryptocurrency FIRST and an "investment" second. As with fiat currencies, just because it is possible to speculate and make a profit off of them, it doesn't make this their primary reason for existing.

Bitcoins is not biggest part of my daily life cause in my country i can't use it in physical shops and also i am doing online purchases very rare.

It is part of my daily life. I use it or better spend it when I am low on cash its like having your own reserve of money. I try to not touch a lot of this reserve money as I try to keep it there and to grow it as far as I can. The only thing I have bought physically with bitcoin was a graphic card a R9 280x for about 120 USD in bitcoin. The card was used. I also use bitcoin daily as I gamble just a bit like any other bitcoiner here I guess.

In my opinion, it is hard to explain to someone what is bitcoin and what it can do since when you are explaining many knows it as a criminal money. In my country there are no stores that accepts bitcoin since they don't know it or they branded it as illegal money. My friends know about bitcoin but they don't use it because like others they think it is untrusted or illegal, criminal money.

I would like to use Bitcoins everyday, paying for goods in store, buying online or even paying my bills with it.
But I think I'll have to wait a few years to that happen.

But the store only accepts payment for certain products, so not all of the products they sell could be paid with bitcoin. Amazon is still not accepting bitcoins because they think that it is going to be a treat to their business and going to make their sales to fall. Because the price of bitcoin is really unstable at all. So they are not still accepting it for real, but still this is already a good move for amazon that they are accepting gift cards that can be bought by bitcoins.

I think it's the other way around. Amazon starting to accept Bitcoins will introduce Bitcoins to Amazon. It will not introduce Amazon users into Bitcoin. Bitcoin have very important role in my life. There are many reasons for it but main reason is it change my life.

1: Never used bitcoins like a payment method as there isn't any place accepts it near me.
2: It is actually really hard, i tried to explain it to people sometimes when they find me involved in it but they find it really complicated.
3: Near me, there isn't any stores accepting bitcoin nor i have heard from anyone in my country that there is some shop accepting bitcoins yet.

My experience is that it's very difficult to use BTC in daily life for daily jobs like buying food on the street. People could find this technology amazing, but they won't trust it while they don't understand it and people who aren't familiar with technology can hardly handle BTC and your regular street food seller is most likely isn't someone who's into technology ( respect to those of them who are )...

I have not found bitcoin that useable where I live here in the USA.  There are a lot of people who use it here but it is mainly for online transactions and I have never seen anything you can use bitcoin for to buy locally, unless you are meeting someone that you met online.  So there is not much use in my daily life.

I wish I could use bitcoin in my daily living as I expense a lot using cash and have some that I would like to  use instead of the cash I do have left at the end of the day.

Yeah, I use Bitcoin to buy things like games from Steam and products from online BTC accepting sites. However, shops that accept Bitcoin are very rare. I don't even think that there are even 1 in Sydney. However, I would definitely like to use Bitcoin for everyday life.

They dont need to take any risks, google is accepting bitcoin from a third companie, even namecheap is doing this, offering their services and allowing to we use bitcoin, soo they dont wanna be connected to bitcoin yet, but they will see the power of bitcoin sooner or later as others companies had done.

Bitcoin in daily life plays a great role earning, shopping and transferring money to another country without any extra tax. From morning dawn to night whole day I do stuffs related to bitcoin such as trading, faucets and bitcointalk forum posting for earning my pocket money.

Well that is making them to adopt bitcoins if it is going to come from third party sites as they are really want to get safe with their revenues. For now, I'm focusing on using bitcoin as an investment rather than as a currency so I am not using it yet as payment method. I think using fiat would be more advantageous when purchasing something especially when you just spend it in your own country because you will not be affected by the exchange rates while in using bitcoin, you will be affected by its fluctuations. there is always many ways to convert bitcoin to fiat even if you can't find a decent place or any place at all to sell your coins for local currency. i say this because i have problem sometimes selling bitcoin in my country.

you can sell bitcoin to USD or EUR or any other fiat that you feel easier and then sell that to your local currency which is the easiest way. there are many payment processors online you can use for that.

We have the same sentiment.  I only use bitcoin to pay for goods online.  I.e.  domain, hostings, and other stuff that interest me and can be bought by bitcoin.  If i want to spend it in the neighborhood, i need to convert it to my currency and well, need to sacrifice a certain percentage of the amount due to the processing fee.  Then enjoy the money from it and buy it to the local stores.

I would never ever convert my Bitcoin to fiat trash just to buy at a shop. Buying Bitcoin just to convert it to fiat later is highly irrational behavior. If the shops only accepts fiat, I buy with the fiat at hand. Why waste precious Bitcoin? I only pay with Bitcoin, if the seller accepts native Bitcoin payments - that means without fiat conversion.

Bitcoin has made money transfers already easier and its better in compare to banks and other payment systems and in future it will be best even for online shopping when majority of sites will start accepting it.

I have just started to earn bitcoins. I also tend to use the bitcoins earned for my daily expense. I exchange the bitcoins into fiat and send the amount to my account. Then when i am in requirement, i take the money and use for purchasing goods and use it to pay bills as well. I am planning to save the bitcoins i earn as the price of the bitcoins may go up end of this year or may grow up in next year.

in fact the bank is also easy as using a credit card or ATM card, but bitcoin easier, because we can control the full wallet. maybe if in the future at least bitcoin ATM has a lot in every country I think they would be interested in using bitcoin, and bitcoin ultimately used for the transaction because it is more convenient and practical.

Converting money was never a hard thing though, but the fees are something that makes it a little hard sometimes that is why it would have been great if it was accepted everywhere so that we did not have to pay any fees for exchanging it.

I think they are afraid about bitcoin that can other currency place by bitcoin because it is anonymous and they don't want to deal with somebody that they didnt know  who is he or she. if bitcoin will be world wide and accept by many store locally it needs real identity in order to deal to other stores.

Exchanging your bitcoin in fiat has no fees but when you withdraw it, it has a high fee! that is the struggle but it is okay as long as you withdraw your money though here in our country it takes time to exchange your bitcoin in our fiat it takes 2 days or more but it is okay then it is okay to withdraw it

I don't think that it takes 2 days to convert bitcoin to fiat, it takes hardly 5 minutes to get transferred to bank account and I am doing it from localbitcoins since long time.

Lucky you, here in Serbia, as much as I know, there is one caffe and one restaurant that accept bitcoin, but i seriously hope that there will be more implemented. Tho, I'm planning on opening like gaming/internet caffe and, of course, use bitcoin as a payment option.

shops Around here do not accept bitcoin and this makes hard to access it because we need a exchanger to get the money convertion and we also need shop that accepts btc so we can buy soke goods with it

i think you are a lucky person, we have not a single shop here in our area to use bitcoin, therefore we are just holding bitcoin for the price increase,  but still we can hope that a time will come when we will also be able to use bitocin  in our local market for buying and selling things or for shopping in shopping stores.

Bitcoin simply added another task in my daily life. When I get up of bed, I usually just go to Facebook and then watch videos on Youtube while sipping a cup of coffee. I've tried many times paying bills using bitcoin.. Most of my friends dont know about bitcoins and its uses..For them its more convenient using FIAT than coins..

We cant change that instantly because they got used to it. If they think it is the best choice then go. They dont know therebis a faster option and some gets a percentage of money back when you try to pay thru bitcoin.

Yes there are not much sites that are accepting bitcoins at a moment, and the ones who are accepting it involves higher shipping fees and that is the reason people are not spending them.

I do not use Bitcoin in daily life because the knowlegde about Bitcoin is very small in my country and very few people know about it. My friends do not have almost any knowledge about it, they only know that it is a currency with a high price and that it is digital. There is no stores that accept Bitcoin, but there is a Bitcoin ATM at the capital city, where you can buy and sell Bitcoins. There is only one, but it will be more of them.

I do daily transactions as well from buying stuff and transferring funds to different wallets for different purposes.
Some to investing, some to holding, some for spending. I usually spend them to fund my steam wallet though.

When we are into a business where we need lot of transactions daily, then using bitcoin must be big advantage for the reason of saving a lot in transaction fees, same I could not imagine with Paypal nor with cards payments.

Bitcoin comes back pretty often in the daily life for me I see it around me cause alot of people I know use it and some shops do too.
Also I order using bitcoins very often so there I see it every time aswell.

Yeah we keep on checking the price of bitcoin at regular intervals so that we don't miss an opportunity to make profits from it and the usage of bitcoin is not too high on daily basis, but yes I do trade with them regularly.

The profit for the bitcoin is to be made in the long term. If we hold the bitcoin and improve the bitcoin, the price will rise.

I have just started to earn bitcoins. I also tend to use the bitcoins earned for my daily expense. I exchange the bitcoins into fiat and send the amount to my account. Then when i am in requirement, i take the money and use for purchasing goods and use it to pay bills as well. I am planning to save the bitcoins i earn as the price of the bitcoins may go up end of this year or may grow up in next year.

So, BTC is very present in your daily life.  :)
Many people are just holding it, like me until now, but you are already exchanging it into your local currency to use it.
But it's good also to keep some satoshis on your wallet to wait the BTC rise soon, so you can make some extra profit.

I guess I'm used to bitcoin, even every day I look for bitcoin. it is like bitcoin has become part of my life. I also always use bitcoin results that I get to meet my secondary needs, such as paying installment motors, and much more. I think this will continue

Answer of first question, yes i had used bitcoin for buying Goods online and I had also used bitcoin for buying and selling bitcoin with others.
It's not that hard to explain bitcoin to someone else, but it becomes if they couldn't understand what I am explaining. But whenever i explain to others.

I don't even know where I can use bitcoin in terms of physical businesses where I am. Nobody seems to talk about bitcoin where I am. I've only used it to buy things online at overstock.com. Otherwise I'm using bitcoin right now as a long term investment.

i've been loading my smart phones, paying some of my bills and purchasing items online. Been doing this stuffs for  almost a year already so it was really a big help on my part that i was able to sort things out when i started using this system.

Yes, I buy some stuff in my country with bitcoin but, not things with high value. explain bitcoin for the first time to friends is hard, they only believe in things like paypal, netteler. In mi country is very hard to say there a few stores you can buy something: like tecnology or food. at today is a new market. my best friends know a lot about bitcoin because I talked a lot about it.

I tried explaining bitcoin once to a friend, and I was bombarded with questions that I cannot answer directly. I think I convinced him not to use bitcoin instead of the other way around. Some of my friends know and own bitcoin but most of them does not know or care about bitcoin.

Well for physical there is still no stores locally are accepting except if you are living in brazil and i heard that brazil has more stores locally that can accept bitcoin as payment..
But for other countries you can not seen any or who are know about bitcoin near to you..
I hope that bitcoin will be locally accepted in some stores here in my country so that more people can know about bitcoin....
