After a 6 months delay on production, Chain of Conflict is back.

I am constantly updating the coin2 thread as I work on models for the game, I took time to practice and get better at it.

Although this is just an alpha version, it looks good actually. Hope you will soon finish it. And is there any rewards for playing it? this will attract more people to the coin

There are perks for donating to the campaign such as the Bio-Blaster(see above image) or the Tesla Cannon(still need to create it). These 2 weapons for the perks were thought of specifically for the campaign and hadn't been created before hand, I kinda started it unprepared. As far as rewards for playing I Hadn't really thought of anything other than the reward of killing zombies, soldiers and aliens, and exploring the huge map, theres really no way to track who plays atm as no networking/multiplayer capabilities have been added yet. The map will not change its layout other than more buildings being added in as I develop further, so it would be a good time to familiarize yourselves with the layout if you plan on playing in the future.

What would you guys suggest i could do to encourage support? its really gonna be a first of a kind game, no one else has something like this, and coin2 has battlefield 3 and 4 as a way to earn, and you can play it on your favorite system i play on the ps3 from time to time to earn some coin2 besides what i get from staking, and the price is really cheap right now, its a good time to buy,  ::) Don't you think 70 sats is kinda cheap considering the caliber of the game?

The current game token to cryptocurrency ratios for Battlefield 4 are:

1 game token is equal to 0.0025 HYPER.
1 game token is equal to 0.01 Coin2.
1 game token is equal to 0.01 iCash.
1 game token is equal to 0.01 GoldPiece.

just tell me who's willing to earn C2 with such a low changing rate?

I can ask the guy that runs that to raise it, no problem 0.05 sounds better, what could be offered to encourage buy support until chain of conflict is a reason to buy coins?

Think of what your saying though, this is per kill, and we have to think of the long term. When I am able to hire some programmers to help, chain of conflict will have a premium store in it that will give players a reason to buy the coin from
an exchange to use there. A steady smaller income will give people reason to hold coins in their personal wallets, they will stake and multiply.

Are there any merchants out there that would be willing to trade coin2 for their goods and services?

I think you should make a promo video showing off your developments, people will love that.

Theres one coming, I have our youtube guy working on one. I did the animations a few weeks ago and he is doing the editing and gameplay video, making it more of a advertisement for the game.

Ok, at 11 pm est(4 hours from now), I will stop working on what I am doing, and put everything I'm working on, finished or not, into the game and push out a demo. This is to show the current progress I have made and to allow players to check it out. The Gas station I am currently working on will be included.

Hope everyone is ready, Alpha v.16 is coming.

Sure go ahead and make a video if you like, I won't object.

Some of the Goals:

* Allow as many crypto-currencies to take part as possible. They will be allowed to have custom Items in game for purchase with their currency.

* Multiplayer Support

* In Game Premium shop.

* Introduce Gamers to Crypto in a unique way.

* Establish Coin2 as the Gaming Coin.

* Open myself up to modeling jobs for gaming companies.

* Show that using building a game around Crypto can be done

Thats just a few that I can think of at the moment.

steam has been in consideration, but not for the moment as its still in alpha stage of development, i dont even want to think of steam until there is multiplayer capabilities in the game.

Strange because usually there is a option that you need to activate and anyway is normal that doesn't tell you if you know that twitch has to upload the vod into youtube as soon as you end the actual streaming

Yeah I haven't given up, I would really like to see this happen, and so far I'm the only one I know of working on a custom first person shooter centered on crypto.

Cool! I really like this concept

Thanks

Also here is an update on the progress of the gas station. I used to work in one when I was younger, so this should be pretty accurate.

Took me about 9 hours to create this cash register, but its reusable and is pretty accurate besides no color/texture atm.

Well I'm making it on a rig with a Sapphire 7950 HD, a 6-Core AMD FX cpu, and 20 gb of ram.. maybe try turning the game graphics down a tad, the program builds give that option before you start the game, also u can adjust your screen resolution to match your recording software i think, or vice versa.

Well I'm making it on a rig with a Sapphire 7950 HD, a 6-Core AMD FX cpu, and 20 gb of ram.. maybe try turning the game graphics down a tad, the program builds give that option before you start the game, also u can adjust your screen resolution to match your recording software i think, or vice versa.

i know how to do so and in fact i used the fastest option, today i will maybe try with bandicam if i can get at least 5 or 7 more frames then fraps

The game keeps getting better and better in every demo. I hope you can make a good gameplay commentary and tips for improving.

Well the only problem is that on the last weeks i'm getting attacked from haters because i attacked the usual youtuber that instead of thinking about the community thinks about making money

I see, anyway i hope you fix that as soon as possible and in the meanwhile today i will do the second record test with bandicam and fraps (fraps is only for the framerate in this case, not the actual recording)

I agree With King. You meed to turn the quality down some. On my PC I got the 5450 and it works much better at the lower settings. Capturing is always going to be a issue. you are trying to process the game and capture at the same time, so its going to take a hit on frame rate.

He is right about using fraps though, it can improve the framerate.. ive used it on minecraft before running some of the heavier mods

Ad Spaces for businesses and other coins to advertise, alot of eyes will likely see these.
I have the wrong image in this screenshot, its just an example though for now.

Pricing is as follows:

Small Spots (ex. Papers laying around):            .005 BTC for initial placement
Medium spots (ex. Signs in the stores/Posters): .01 BTC for initial placement
Large Spots (ex. Building Murals/Billboards):      .03 BTC for initial placement
+
Monthly Fees:                                                   .01 BTC per month

When anyway is the ETA for the next build? Because if you start making this thing means that there will be at least 1 build each month and most likely there will be a way some users will record the old version only because likes a specific ad or similar...

Then i suppose that the only changes are the new textures and nothing else right?

P.s. can you please add some kind of key that blocks the 2 counters? when i tried the game i got problems with one of those because there wasn't anything to get it down

What do you mean by blocking them? They could already be fixed in the current version im working with, not sure. Can you be more specific with a screenshot or something.

By next week when I release the new version, there should be a roof over top, the cash registers are new from the last version, i did alot of work on the counter they sit on as well. Should also have a front on the building as well, and gas pumps done. Also gonna create a paved area in front.

I mean to calm them down, i found only items that lowered one of the 2 counter (Thirst) but anything to lower the hungry status

Yeah i can throw some apples in there, I didnt know what you meant at first, lol. Eventually I am gonna scatter that stuff out randomly, but for the moment I keep it all bunched together so people dont have trouble finding it. Meant to put the apples in there on the shelf next to the canteens but forgot to during the rush to push out a build.

Well yeah no one told me, that and by the time i noticed, 2 days ago actually, i just left it like it is for now, there is a building in the village if you make it there that has ammo, weapons and the apples along with med packs and canteens, its possible to get there before your player starves to death, lol

anyway talking about weapons that are in the game, why i can't take the one that doesn't look like an human weapon? another bug not fixed before the last build?

anyway try to implement some kind of inventory so some apples can be taken with the player instead that had to run back to the village or the shop

not being able to pick up the alien weapon wasn't a bug, i just havent decided whether to make them usable or not, the alien weapons are rather powerful compared to the normal ones.

I'll see what I can do about an inventory system, I'm still learning the UI functions, menu's were never my strong suit, but I have a guy that can look into it for me.

Ok, some news on my personal life atm and how it affects the game. Due to circumstances I can't control atm, I have to go to Florida to help my grandma settle in for the winter. I will only be gone until the week after next sometime. I will be uploading everything I have done so far to its repository on the web, and will be leaving ChadCrypto with instructions to build and release it on Wednesday of this week. If its not released by then I will download a copy myself to my laptop(isn't much good for anything, lol) and grab a copy of unity to build and release it. This is unexpected and I will be leaving tomorrow night, I'll do what I can tonight to speed up the models progress, but it will likely be in the state it was in from the screenshots I've shown so far.

@MbccompanyX: I will scatter some health items around the path for you to the village so u are able to record your video with the next demo, just be aware the game wont be that easy on the one after that. This is just for you, lol.

Hey all, Got something for you all! Since KingArbinV is gone for awhile. He left me in charge of putting out a new demo build for Chain of Conflict. He walked me through Unity a bit. I added some things.
Also scattered some apples, water bottles, and med packs through out the map on your way to the Village. Try it out. Below is the links to Win, Mac and Linux versions. They  will work on 32 and 64 bit systems.

Have Fun and let me know what you think.
