Great design I must say but you should try maximizing the area covered by the dice section, maybe add only one icon to link back to the NitrogenSports home page. And lastly, maybe incorporate something like Play money to test out the site without waiting for small deposits, faucet would be a great alternative as well.

Congratulations for opening new dice site. Very clean design, and mobile site is great. yea if there a faucet that be great for testing the dice game.
By the way is there any giveaway for new site launch ;D

i just wanted to know how to get the jackpot ?

here it is from their site

1. Our dice jackpot gives you a chance to win a cumulative pot of bitcoin by rolling the number 7, a certain number of times in a row. The current number of sevens you need to roll can be seen in the dice jackpot counter.

2. The 7 can be anywhere in the roll (for example: 7.09 OR 34.97 would both count as rolling a 7), but you can only score one (1) 7 towards the jackpot on each roll (a roll of 17.97 only counts as one 7).

3. You must have a bet amount and a profit amount of at least 0.001 for your roll to count towards the jackpot.

4. For each roll you make that qualifies for the promotion, we add a percentage to the jackpot amount.

5. For a limited time, if your streak of 7s is halfway to the dice jackpot target, you will receive a .001 btc free bet for the sportsbook. For odd-numbered targets, halfway targets will be rounded down. e.g. A target of 13 will have a halfway point of 6 rolls.

To win the current dice jackpot, you'll need to roll a number with the number seven in it, 12 times in a row (ex. 97.44, 5.71, 32.17, 47.75, 9.97, etc.). There is a jackpot counter in the bottom right corner which helps to keep track of how many 7's you have rolled.

You must also have a bet and profit amount of at least 0.001 btc for your rolls to count. If your bet and profit amount are lower than 0.001 btc, your rolls will not make the jackpot counter grow.

Does it mean that the 12x 7 in a row should be winning bets?
Any plans to attract more players with low bankroll to get some % of the Jackpot? I think it will great if lower bankroll players can participate to hunt the jackpot. Maybe you may reduce the profit amount into 0.0001 even less? :)

Any roll for +0.001 btc (bet & profit) with a 7 in it, will count towards the jackpot, win or lose!

Also, that's an interesting idea for the dice jackpot. We did something similar with the parlay jackpot (https://nitrogensports.eu/n/parlay-jackpot) that received some great feedback. I'll definitely bring this idea back to the rest of the team.

@Nitrogensports i also will do agree with panjul07's idea about jackpot you can get fix the percentage with some modification i think so bet with low amount get chance to hit the jackpot as per percentage than it would bring great result for your business.

Exactly. You need to have a '7' in the rolled number for 12 times consecutively. It would be way too easy otherwise.

That is correct, you'll need to roll all twelve consecutively in order to win the dice jackpot. You do receive a .001 btc free bet for making it halfway to the dice target (currently a streak of 6).

By the way the Casino here is TERRIBLE

I had an issue yesterday and went through the support ticket system as suggested. The person who responded (Paul/Goku) told me that all decisions are at the discretion of the customer support person who made the decision. How can there be any consistency when punishments are subjective and open to bias?

In certain situations, our chat moderators will have to use their own discretion when banning users for violating chat rules. We have standardized the ban times and rules in chat (https://nitrogensports.eu/n/rules), however, not all offenses in chat are clear cut. When we receive a complaint from a user regarding chat bans, our support staff will review the chat logs to ensure the chat mods were consistent with their ban times and punishments. I would also like to explain that our customer support staff are separate from our chat mods. They not able to use their own discretion when helping our users with wagering services.

Glad to hear you like the new updates! I've brought back your previous suggestion to the team, and for now, we've decided to stick with the current dice jackpot rules. It becomes a little 'messy' when trying to payout two different users from the same jackpot for hitting a streak of 7's. One user may have hit the streak of 7's well before the other, one group may also hit the jackpot twice before the other hits once, the list goes on. With the current set up, only rolls with a bet amount and profit amount +0.001 btc are eligible to win, these are also the only wagers which cause the dice jackpot to grow.

Haha even in this thread you can't keep consistency with having one person replying to my comments. You have multiple people controlling one forum account and giving different suggestions or opinions. You haven't added anything that Jenny hasn't already said. In fact you contradicted yourself.  You have standardized rules but offenses aren't clear cut? You review chat complaints to see if they are consistent with ban times/punishments but if there aren't clear cut offenses, how can there be consistency?

I'm very well aware that customer support are different from chat mods. Infinity was the customer support individual that I tried to talk to in chat but was ignored continuously. There was no chat mod situation.

Of course, we agree with you that it would be ideal to have one person handle an issue all the way through. However, without increasing our response times, I'm not sure that's possible. If you'd like to speak to Calvin or I only and directly, the best way to reach us is via email at marketing@nitrogensports.eu.

If you feel that you were banned unfairly, talking to Support is the right way to bring that to our attention. As Calvin mentioned, chat logs are reviewed. We do have standardized ban times. That said, in chat especially things can get messy; the mods do the best they can.

Don't think I mentioned anything being wrong with response times. I have no issue waiting for resolution. I never asked for one person to handle everything or for any person to be on the forum all the time. That would be ridiculous. Not sure where you're getting that from.

But you described the situation in chat accurately; it's messy. The entire point of my posts was that there be consistency with this mess. For that to work there needs to be better management, but that is beyond me and don't really know who to talk to about that.

I appreciate your forum responses Jenny but don't think we'll see eye to eye on this issue.

I dont see any rules for the minimum bet for this promotions, does this mean if I wager the lowest bet amount and hit the 10,000,000 th roll then I will get 1 btc as well? So far there are like 900k more bets to go before 10,000,000th roll

The casino room especially dice have a very little place , will be better if the side menu on top right disabled and expand the dice layout field.
also nitrogen dice seems like have a slow rolls, between each rolls almost take times 2-3 secs. is it my internet connection? no i dont think so.

How does the lucky 7 streak work for the jackpot? I understand that you need to hit a certain amount of 7's but does this streak expire if you don't hit a 7 in a number of bets or a fixed time?

AFAIK you need to roll number that got 7 in it like 17.92 or 17.17 but there is a minimal 0.001 base bet and double 7's in number will count as 1, if you can get the streak it will sure hit jackpot and after it will re roll again from the start, that is what I know but it seems the jackpot prize is still 1 btc so there is only few people do the rolls  ;D

BTCevo had it right. To win the jackpot, you need to roll 7 a certain number of times in a row. If you roll a number that does not have a 7 in it, the jackpot will reset to zero. Although, you will automatically receive a 0.001 btc free bet for making it half way to the jackpot (ex. streak of 6).

Well the jackpot is supposed to be hard to win, but at least you have won a free bet from the dice game.

That's why its called by jackpot, something that hard to win but once you win it you win a lot of money :)
Just keep trying and wait for your lucky day, but dont try so hard because you may get busted.
