Glad to hear you like the new updates! I've brought back your previous suggestion to the team, and for now, we've decided to stick with the current dice jackpot rules. It becomes a little 'messy' when trying to payout two different users from the same jackpot for hitting a streak of 7's. One user may have hit the streak of 7's well before the other, one group may also hit the jackpot twice before the other hits once, the list goes on. With the current set up, only rolls with a bet amount and profit amount +0.001 btc are eligible to win, these are also the only wagers which cause the dice jackpot to grow.

The problem is you only want to receive feedback in private and never improve upon the deficiencies. That's shady at best to throw everything on the backburner. Maybe the forum support should get on the same page as the customer support on Nitrogen.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like we only want feedback in private. I just meant that if you have questions about specific policies, emailing Support is usually the best way to have them answered. We take all feedback (given publically and privately) incredibly seriously.

I had an issue yesterday and went through the support ticket system as suggested. The person who responded (Paul/Goku) told me that all decisions are at the discretion of the customer support person who made the decision. How can there be any consistency when punishments are subjective and open to bias?

In certain situations, our chat moderators will have to use their own discretion when banning users for violating chat rules. We have standardized the ban times and rules in chat, however, not all offenses in chat are clear cut. When we receive a complaint from a user regarding chat bans, our support staff will review the chat logs to ensure the chat mods were consistent with their ban times and punishments. I would also like to explain that our customer support staff are separate from our chat mods. They not able to use their own discretion when helping our users with wagering services.

You have multiple people controlling one forum account and giving different suggestions or opinions. You haven't added anything that Jenny hasn't already said. In fact you contradicted yourself.  You have standardized rules but offenses aren't clear cut? You review chat complaints to see if they are consistent with ban times/punishments but if there aren't clear cut offenses, how can there be consistency?

I'm very well aware that customer support are different from chat mods. Infinity was the customer support individual that I tried to talk to in chat but was ignored continuously. There was no chat mod situation.

I'm sorry - we do have to have multiple people working in Support and in Marketing. Not everyone can be available via site chat or here on the forum all of the time. Of course, we agree with you that it would be ideal to have one person handle an issue all the way through. However, without increasing our response times, I'm not sure that's possible. If you'd like to speak to Calvin or I only and directly, the best way to reach us is via email at marketing@nitrogensports.eu.

If you feel that you were banned unfairly, talking to Support is the right way to bring that to our attention. As Calvin mentioned, chat logs are reviewed. We do have standardized ban times. That said, in chat especially things can get messy; the mods do the best they can.

Don't think I mentioned anything being wrong with response times. I have no issue waiting for resolution. I never asked for one person to handle everything or for any person to be on the forum all the time. That would be ridiculous. Not sure where you're getting that from.

But you described the situation in chat accurately; it's messy. The entire point of my posts was that there be consistency with this mess. For that to work there needs to be better management, but that is beyond me and don't really know who to talk to about that.

I appreciate your forum responses Jenny but don't think we'll see eye to eye on this issue.
