Creating a paper wallet is one of the most secure ways of securing and storing digital currency. That isn’t keeping people from printing these paper wallets, though, and the PiperWallet is a nifty – albeit expensive-  tool to fulfill this task.

I guess they don't know the meaning of the word exclusive, as I can still purchase this item from the official PiperWallet website (http://cryptographi.com/products/piper). ::)

They're talking about the price. Its very common in retail for exclusive deals.

No, they're not. They didn't say "making the PiperWallet available through Purse Merchants for the exclusive price of US$169," they said "making the PiperWallet available exclusively through Purse Merchants for the price of US$169". The adverb "exclusively" modifies the adjective "available", making it mean it's not available anywhere else. (Part of the blame lies with Purse's copy editor, though Bitcoinist.net really ought to check their source before plagiarising it.)

Why is it that people who say things like that are always the ones who are actually in error?

New toys and gadgets for bitcoin users. Good, these industries should expand and grow an economy there.
