available exclusively through Purse Merchants for the price of US$169". The adverb "exclusively" modifies the adjective "available", making it mean it's not available anywhere else. (Part of the blame lies with Purse's copy editor, though Bitcoinist.net really ought to check their source before plagiarising it.)
