You should edit the post.  It says that you cannot use this account as collat.

Your account is not worth for 0.09 moreover you account have negative trust. Also i just confused why you offering poloniex.com as collateral?

I think he means he is offering his poloniex account as collateral. His poloniex account will have value only if it contains altcoins that can cover this loan amount.

Your collateral must be at least 110% of what you are asking, a general rule which is followed by every lender here to avoid scam.

Your collateral being listed are :

1) Your account here : It has negative rep and cant be estimated anything over 0.01 ( that too if you are lucky ) .

2) Your poloniex.com account : Now this is good, if it has some altcoins in it ( because if it has bitcoins you can withdraw and lower amount here in loan request ) then you can easily get depending on how much the altcoins worth. Please tell us the amount of altcoins in it and their worth.

polniex.com account not valid collateral,  because account can easily be recovered by social engineering.

It is valid, since you can transfer the coins to your own wallet and then you can give him loan. As simple as that.

if you transfer  coins, that collateral will be coins , but not poloniex.com account, and I confident that OP offer account with empty balance
   

As long as the account has enough alt coins to cover the loan. I really doubt it...

OP, your forum account is not valid/enough collateral. Your poloniex account is valid only if it has altcoins worth more than 0.095, please confirm if it does.
