NOTE : These are the azure VPS. and the Azure account is "NOT" a trail/bizspark/dreamspark with 150$ subscription.
One month warranty. VPS account replacement if stopped.

Do you have any lower system specification VPS?

Or are you going to provide a shared hosting from back end?

BTW, are you reselling these VPN allocations from a reputable vendor?

Lastly, I want to know detailed report (minimum 30 days) on it's downtime periods and also on the type of security measures taken to prevent any kind of DDoS attacks.

- Full root access (Linux). RDP access (Windows)

- These are the Cloud VMs, not shared hosting.

"are you reselling these VPN allocations from a reputable vendor?"
- Im reselling Microsoft Azure VMs. (for more information : azure.com)

Regarding Detailed reports and DDoS, better you ask Microsoft for it. ;) they are pros.
