- Full root access (Linux). RDP access (Windows)

- These are the Cloud VMs, not shared hosting.

- Im reselling Microsoft Azure VMs. (for more information : azure.com)

Regarding Detailed reports and DDoS, better you ask Microsoft for it. they are pros.
