I'm not buying but I just want to let you know that your price is too cheap considering scammers could use the paypal account and could scam thousands of USD. But you're selling it for just $25?  If this is your account beware that your name is attached to this account.

I believe once you buy the account, Paypal will realize something is different from the IP Address? It will probably then require more identification to prove that the account is in fact yours.

It's ok for the vpn thing but if paypal realize that the account was registered from a different IP and is being used from another country then they are most likely to block the account even if you verify it afterwards. It is better if you provide the details and the buyer makes the account and verifies himself.
anyways is there any Hold on accounts ?

The account has no holds? I added you on skype, I bought an account a few days back and the seller didn't provide the IP so it was limited very fast, I have been looking for US paypal accounts for ebay.

paypal is quite sneaky you might try to use a vpn or whatever they will still bring the paypal version of your countryy....................

Paypal and every other sites identifies cookies to identify the IP.
I mentioned a way to transfer the cookies to the local machine.

Even I did.But nowadays paypal account details are checked across various databases specifically US ones.So if u open a paypal with fake details then u are mosst likely to get banned.

Because they want to scam people without having to use there own information.

Hence why paypal is notorious for charge backs.

Ok My HONEST review. . .
Everything seems to work fine, but I paid top cash for an aged account with transaction history so that I could receive funds on it right away.
Lying to get funds out of your clients simply translates into being a SCAM regardless of how you see it
Instead I got a freshly created account with $1 transactions made just yesterday. I must say, I am not impressed!
This isn't what i paid for. Just BAD

I am leaving this review because it is the right thing to do.
If i weren't adept with some of the technicalities I would have used this to receive payments for my business and get my account limited immediately.
Other than this he delivered the account albeit not what I paid for.

Overall score 2/10
