The account i have bought from this guy has been limited without even using it for receiving or sending money and it is just with $0 balance, asked him to help me out to unlimit it then he applied the needed info and i am waiting for paypal to unlimit it. Will keep you updated guys.
The seller replaced the bad account and it seems to work till now. i will update if something happen. |

I paid for full paypal 2 day a go but he dont gave me  Edit: Paypal login EMail login RDP or IP valid for 1 yr. Phone number access Other details like bank account number,cc number and phone number. $1 load to test everything was given a amazon web service account valid for 1 year.Everything given as stated. Delivery took 30mins as he was busy with some other stuff. Phone number is generally google voice so was happy with it. It contains $1 so I tested sending someone few cents to check everything is working fine. He mentioned that there may be some holds for the first transaction if only it is received as goods and services to asked to recieve money as friends and services,went by and no problem till now. |

In my experience,This never happened It probably depends on the quality of your VPN service provider and how many servers they have. Every time I access my paypal account and forget to shut off my VPN they lock my account. Total PITA. |
