Please if you do not mind give me some advice about the site ? is it trustworthy? are payouts on time ? Is support staff friendly? In my experience it is very legit and I have never read or seen anything scammy about them. They are leaders in the poker field and its good you have found them, their support I can only answer from one issue which was resolved within minutes and I give them top marks. Withdrawals don't take long the maximum I have waited is around 24 hours. Usually within 6 hours. Anything else please pm me I will be happy to help out. Well done on moving from the usd :) Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? The tournaments are nice, and yes the support if friendly, at least according to my experience. I have withdraw my profits many times, so I think you should be fine. Hard to multi table some times if you really like that, but that is a problem in every BTC poker room for now, so not much choice there. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: bitcoin-hunter on December 13, 2015, 07:17:30 PM I think you can trust Betcoin.ag they have also signature campaign and other stuff.
So yeah just becarefull in the future that you don't gamble in other website where they are not that much review, bitcoin world are a lot of scams. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: bitcoin revo on December 13, 2015, 07:17:41 PM They have a signature campaign and there is no scam accusations against them, so I think they are more or less legit, but nothing is warranted Just because they have a signature campaign and there haven't been any scam accusations against them doesn't mean squat. Always remember the BitcoinBlackFriday.info scam - they had a very good appearance and most people were looking forward to them, including me. That being said, Betcoin.AG seems to have a good reputation around the forum, and IIRC, they offer provably fair gambling. Always gamble with caution, though - never gamble in a new site with a tenth of your allotted gambling funds. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Yeah that is true, that blackfriday campaign signature was just sad to do, but oh well what can you do. Further that is why if you start using bitcoin always watch what you are doing if is safe to gamble or not or safe to invest or not. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: KnightTrader on December 13, 2015, 09:09:27 PM I think they are legit, and also good for BTC, because of private BTC player pools in Winning Poker Network, I hope to see Americas Cardroom or some other sites to join BTC player pools soon too on that network.
Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: daddyof3iej on December 14, 2015, 01:40:40 AM So i take it they are pretty legit. I looked them up online and they seem to have good feedback i just wanted to take a moment and ask the bitcoin community. Thank you for your answers. :o :o
Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: CryptoBeauty on December 14, 2015, 02:24:30 AM I have used them, and have not been scammed. But there is always a risk, it can go dark any time.
Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: daddyof3iej on December 14, 2015, 03:06:19 AM I have withdrawn some mBTCs from the site and the process was simple, easy and fast (and I am saying that form my personal experience, not because of the signature I am wearing). Are you sure you are not confusing betcoin.ag with betcoin.tm?, I am not saying the later is a scam, but about two weeks ago there were some accusation of shady things going on there, and, at least by the time, the admin had said nothing about it (my experience there was also good, though). No i was talking about betcoin.ag. <<< I have visited the betcoin.tm but they have no support or phone number so it is kind of sketchy. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? So far there is no problem with the payment yet.You can take a look at the review for Betcoin.ag made by Bitcoin.gg here (http://www.bitcoingg.com/bitcoin-online-gambling/betcoin-casino/). Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: MRKLYE on December 14, 2015, 04:32:00 AM Bitcoin and online gambling may not be legal in some countries.. So it's really a grey area to answer this sort of thing.
I personally don't see bitcoin gambling as illegal, and I'm thinking it may be regulated in Canada but not enforced for the most part. I'd check with your local law enforcement or govt to see if Bitcoin gambling is illegal in your country if it is maybe use a secure browser like tor. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: tom14cat14 on December 18, 2015, 09:23:48 PM They are working with me on some issues. I had a customer service agent go off on me. But other agents have come in and worked it out with me. So I am on the fence with this place but I am going to keep testing it out purely because of the other agent.
Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: LuckyYOU on December 18, 2015, 10:04:32 PM I have to agree with the sentiment of this thread.
They seem to be quite reliable. Apart for their sig campaign, there are no scam accusations and their service (I tried it once) works smooth.. Would i vouch for them. Nope. Never heard of it. Anyway, I know them for their poker service, and never had any problems. Never tried the other services, so I can't talk about those. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: cjmoles on February 02, 2016, 04:37:46 PM I have been playing at Betcoin.ag for quite awhile....I, too, have migrated from USD to BTC, and I can say that Betcoin.ag is the best pokersite you can find on this forum. Not only is it HUD compatible, but it also has the benefit of being included in the Winning Poker Network's tournament player pool.
Suggestions: Utilize the resources of the internet such as pokerscout and sharkscope to get a better understanding of the people you play against and the poker sites you're considering....Not everybody on this forum tell the truth, some do, but not all! Always do your own independent research....it will save you a lot of coin! This is the wild, wild west.....pay attention to the trust rankings of the members you take advice from....Goodluck, catch you on the felt. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? Post by: notaek on February 02, 2016, 08:51:53 PM Well, there's an ongoing scam accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1349352) against the site.
Let's see if they are about to resolve his grievances or they keep his request pending for much longer duration. Although I don't believe they will earn a bad name just like that. Well, time will tell. Title: Re: Is Betcoin.ag legit? That is not just one but there were many very similar to that .I think it's just the difference of time zones or the owner/person responsible is not getting time to cash that out as they say the support agents cant do anything bigger than thousand credits,it's pathetic though.Let's see if they are about to resolve his grievances or they keep his request pending for much longer duration. I'm pretty sure it's been resolved....New accounts get scrutinized a little more than older accounts, due to security checks...there's always the possibility of multiple accounts and collusive activity in the poker client they need to check out....after the first withdrawal's complete, things should go smooth. Other (USD) poker rooms go thru an extensive security check the first withdrawal.... |
