Unfortunately, you cannot verify your PayPal account with E-coin debit card. This card is useable only for BTC-Fiat exchanges, daily BTC-BTC transactions and can also be used for ATM transactions. BTW, I suggest you to get a quote from them about your query by sending them an email to support@e-coin.io.

I completed the 10 entries of the promo, now waiting the e-mail to have the virtual e-coin card. And waiting another email to know if i had luck with one of the big prizes, or an small prize of 1 of the 10 plastic cards.

Of all the  Virtual Bitcoin Card this is the one I really like they have a very good dashboard the card is affordable I would like this card to be listed on our Online Business Directory for crypto-coin have send them two emails but I did not get any response I can accept card as payment and will give them a featured listing and promote them on our pages that deals with cryptocoins

but keep in mind that there is a limit for anonymous cards. well, you can just buy a new one for $3 should you reach it :D

The contest was for a virtual card, and yes only for online shoppings or payments. You can upgrade it to a platic card, but you will have to pay for it.

I contacted the support few days ago and they told me that all of the cards should be distributed by Monday, they said that they still need some time to ban the bots ;)

I don't know how long should we wait it's the 12th here they should have resolve this issue by now,this could give them a bad reputation in the industry and on this forum, but all the answer we are getting is be patience they should set a specific date to resolve  who wins and who isn't

slow down buddy, we're getting a free debit card and they need some time to filter the frauds. this won't hurt their reputation

So anyone regularly used this card, want to tell me how useful it is.   Im interested in the fees and usability of it all, mostly at the moment I use bitcoin to buy computer parts as those stores are most friendly to the idea but this card allows use anywhere or just ATM ?
