Title: Best trading places

Hey people,

I'm looking for a plateform to trade on btc. I currently hold some coins in exchange, but that's rather different cause you can only buy or sell btc here. There is no possibility of leverage for example.

I don't really know a lot about the different possible website, but I know that lot of trading plateform have... Dubious method or security. So I'd like to have the opinion of some of view before trying it.

Thanks in advance!

i like kraken, there is leverage there and other features, bitfinex also seems good, but there was an hacking attempt in the past, the one that is still somehow safe is only kraken to me

Kraken’s with fine features which cannot easily bypass by scammers, I use to go with coinbase also Where you can get good value in the European trading market is that only. Small transactions We can go with localbitcoins.com to check with the local traders. Choose according to the BTC strength with you have.;)

For me kraken is the exchange to use too. They have advanced features to make stop loss orders f.e.
In fees and support they are also outstanding. The withdrawal fee is a little high on the downside.

I like the BTC-E, they have the cheapest coins and have been around longer than anyone else (that survived). Bonus: they are super anonymous and privacy oriented, KYC is not a thing there.

Kraken seems good in this case (although never really used it). As others say, it has leverage and even conditioned orders (if this buy fills, then activate this other order for example). Bitfinex is said to has lots of trading volume, which is good too.

It is best to have more than one exchange too, I think.

withdrawal fee for what? fiat or bitcoin? i remember that for bitcoin is the standard fee that any exchange use, and for fiat is only 0.09 cent

Hey guys! Thanks for your answers.

I never went on Kraken, I was on CEX, BTCE and Yobit. But I've got to say that the features on Kraken seem amazing!

Gonna try that, thanks again.

By thinking the buy-sell gap, Yobit.net would be better choice for trading. Bittrex.com is another choice.  :)

i use to trade not in exchanges but i buy it and keep in my wallet and when i feel the price is high i just sell it for fiat currency and wait for the price to come down so that i can buy back, this is my strategy.

i usually prefer to use bitstam.net, if you want to make some margin trading i can recommend bitfinex

for trading bitcoin i use localbitcoins, btc-e and kraken.
- localbitcoins because i can trade with my country's fiat
- btc-e because i have been using them forever and i am used to it.
- kraken because of its features.

Hey all!

I registered on Kraken. It seems really cool and I'm looking forward using it.

But I've got a question. Is it normal I have server problem to access it?
It seems really unstable, I sometimes have a 502 bad gateway error. Is it normal or just the result of the panick buying/selling we encounter? ^^

I advice you to follow Kraken on twitter. @krakenfx
Kraken's twitter account tweeted about some maintenance downtime. That might explain the errors that you have experienced.

Since you've got quite a few recommendations here I would like to put forth my choices.I have been trading at localbitcoins since 8 months now and absolutely running smooth transactions .Never had any issues .The customer support is amazing, usually they reply in few minutes.Their escrow service is  secure. You will find only legit clients therein.Must try trading here.

Poloniex is great but also for trading altcoins and if you want to do it as quick and hassle free as possible (not even registration) you can do that at Shapeshift.io, they have great support and handle plenty of altcoins too. The only problem would be that their fee it's a little higher, well not really a fixed fee but the rates they give are not the best compared to other exchanges.

Localbitcoins.com is the best place to find a trusted trader and you can to any country's fiat at there. Escrow system is there so people need not fear about your bitcoin as well. In Europe kraken is best ever exchange for bitcoins So there also you can find with the good rate and security system.

Poloniex seems neat but I'm wary with what happened to Cryptsy. What if another exchange is cryptsy in the making. Now I'm wondering as well which exchange site is the most secured and reliable.

Do you think Poloniex is more riskier than other major exchange? It is the biggest altcoin market  now.

in my opinion, all the exchanges (at least the major ones) pose the same risks. and that risk is what their predecessors like cryptsy and mtgox did.

and since you mention poloniex, i left their service as soon as they started asking for more (unnecessary) information from their users and moved to bittrex which is better.

Bittrex needs more volume, i don't like their strict policy about min volume..
Poloniex is good.
I like night mode at C-cex it really relaxing when you working at night in dark room.
But i don't like with one click you suddenly can't trade , no button confirm trade like Bittrex.
Yobit i like you can trade and play games at the same time.
BTC e have emormus volume extar good!

not all of them, since coinbase for example cover your funds from hacker and other possible fraud, so you're safe with them becuase they are also regulated with IRS directly

Yeah..Kraken is a San Francisco-based Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange owned by Payward, Inc. Kraken is a general Bitcoin exchange and trading platform, meaning that they are focused on building their system for active traders rather than just people who want to acquire Bitcoin. They work with altcoins, but it is not their focus...

Poloniex is good for new people on trading simple to use.

But Bittrex have very good design interface.

The Poloniex has the trading fee of 0.2% while bittrex has trading fee of 0.25%. Is it worth the 0.05% to trade at bittrex?

Have never tried this option and was weary of using it. Might have to give it a shot in the future.

The list of trading sites is very helpful, have only dabbled at altcoin trading to learn how to do this.
Found I was always buying coins on the way down from a pump and dump but its not bad for learning how to trade cheap.
Doesnt Btc-e have a lot of bots or is that even a big issue?

Okay I just started to test Bitfinex.

I gotta say the site is cool, I like how things work and the margin trading is great.
But it's hard to understand everything! Why am I earning USD when I'm betting on BTC price with BTC equity? Why is the value of my equity decreasing while I do nothing? What are exactly the fees I pay? etc etc...

But interface is great so I'll keep working with it!

Each an every trading websites fee is very low only but If you check the price in Google and trading site there will be more 10% of your bitcoin will go from you.
Better I suggest you to buy a bitcoin debit card, only forex charge will there,  no any hidden charges or nothing.

Is Bit-x similar to Gemini, which is insured? Your deposit is protected by the Federal Insurance Policy or something like FDIC?

Depending on what are you willing to trade there are a few good exchanges:
For USD\BTC - Bitstamp and Huobi with the most high volume.
For EUR\BTC - Kraken
For Altcoins\BTC - Poloniex and Bittrex

EUR Kraken yes. For USD i would recommend bitfinex. And altcoins just go with bittrex/poloniex. Most of the scammy exchanges deal big time with altcoins.
If you trust them they can run away.

Thanks in advance!

for fiat market Im use Bit-X and local exchange, for altcoin Im use poloniex, bittrex, c-cex and yobit
but if you want to use leverage system you can use Huobi, this chinese market give feature make a Loan, the leverage 1:3.

BTC-e seems fishy to me. I would not trust them with even 0.01 BTC. They are russian which makes it hard to get your money back it they do a runner.
Therefore i use Kraken most of the time.

If you trade at kraken of bitfinex is just 0.2%. That's an easy choice then...

Depending on the location the trading preference can be made. Personally feel localbitcoins good to make trading in the Asian location. Kraken can be considered for the western countries.

And that is bad that there are all so much scams. But it is a good time to trade, because it will be more value and also more used.

which one of them has zero fees? is it zero fees for trade or deposit/withdrawal?
cause zero fee trading is so useful sometimes.

and as for your first question, i haven't really used any of them but those that i checked out, all had official English version so i guess they are open to others too besides they will block your IP on visit or on registration if you are not allowed.

I heard back from the ZTrader developer that he's trying to release a new updated version with better API compatibility.  Apparently lots of the exchanges keep changing their APIs.  I'm surprised more people aren't using this app, I couldn't trade alts without it.... tho maybe I wouldn't be so addicted to trading if I didn't have it accessible on my mobile 24/7.  Lol.  :P

Kraken is good because it allows you to send money to and from it easily if you are in Europe. But in the last few months it has started to return 500 errors, which indicate server capacity problems. I guess all that ETH trading took them by surprise and they didn't upgrade their server capacity fast enough.

the problem with using Yobit is that the volume for all the coins are low. even the popular coins like LTC and DOGE have low volumes and the rest which are mostly unknown altcoins have near zero volume so you can't decide by looking at their volume on yobit!

this can not happen because of two reasons:
1. the codes are only good inside the exchanger's system. it exists in their database and they are not connected to others!
2. exchangers are competitors and not likely to do such thing together.

For a reliable exchange i would recommend to avoid btc-e. If they do a runner you can say buy bye to your money.

I need good exchange that accept withdrawals to Skrill. BTC e codes are also very good for trading but, it would be great if exchanges cooperate each other and start accepting codes from multiple exchanges..This could be very good business.

Good one means I will suggest you to go with localbitcoins only. Its really best one find a good trader.
Check at there.

mostly trade at poloniex. majority of my trading coins are on that site.
There are many good trading places. Many people use Yobit and I think that is very good to use. But you have to also be careful.
There can be a lot of scammers and that will be really bad if you will be scammed. I hope later that there will be more people that will go safe trading.

igot is the best bitcoin exchange for several currencies.

Try  http://igot.com (http://igot.com)

Whatever you do DO NOT use IGOT.com It is a known scam. They will take your money and not respond to messages. Search reddit/this forum etc for evidence. Rick is a known scammer, can't believe he has not been banned from this forum and continuing to plug his site!

What makes you not trust exchanges as Bitstamp, Bitfinex, etc? For me it's the exact opposite. I don't trust any kind of altcoin exchange.

My problem with bittrex is that, they let any coin get listed if you pay them something like 3BTC or so (thats what I learnt from other threads).
So lot of blatant scam coins get listed there.

Yes Bittrex and Poloniex, but also You But is also very good exchange, and if you following announcements of new coins you can ern very good money because those coins have small pumps, so you have chance almost every day to double money, but dont try this with large amounts. More likely with 0.05btc, or less.

Well never experience yet any problem trading in yobit and we know they have worst support.. but yobit has a great and fast movement in altcoin than the other trading sites.. i do not recommend yobit but i just say its one of the good trading site for altcoin..

I recommend CCEX for altcoin trading as it didn't allowing others cryptos to be just in easily. Yobit somehow can be good for altcoin trading but because most of alts there are not truly sorted out resulting for such a fraud and scam.

I think you have to try Yobit , at there you can sell and buy at highest price than the normal price (currently it is around $740), and there you can trade with about 300 more coins.

I would recommend localbitcoins, but lately people been not wanting to throw certain ads like cash.

Which is what most of us need if we want to cash out esp in bulk. I only found 1 person out of Los Angeles, and I find that absurd everything else is way 30% price discount which I`m not willing to do.

So until you find you ad, I would just hold it out if youre in a similar position like me.

I think you need to be careful on trading in yobit because as you said that there are many coins to choose from, And one of the disadvantage of that is there is a high risk of that other coins will turn to scam because it's hard for other users to recognize that coin.

3 months are nothing if the developers planned that coin to scam after a while, you can check all the coins that are listed in yobit or poloniex not all of them succeed some of them end at 1 satoshi, investing and trading in altcoins is always risky.

We have some other exchanges c-cex, cyrtopia, yobit. Choose which one is best for you. BTC

Also i dont vote for exchanges that add shit alts, because there is always a higher chance for a scam coin with dirty code on the wallet and they can really mess your portofolio up and here comes the drama, stolen funds, empty wallets, etc etc etc

The best trading you may use is through arbitrage. In short, this means that you see an opportunity to buy an asset in one place for a certain price and sell it immediately at another place for a higher price. It is important that you know you can sell the asset immediately at a certain price. If this does not hold, coz we are talking short trade.

Poloniex is only good if you want to trade with altcoins. But if you're looking for btc/usd then I recommend Bitfinex because there's leverage if you want it. For btc/eur I would recommend Kraken and for btc/cny you already mentioned it. Huobi. :)

I`d personally say, if you want to trade you can do this by selling stuff you acquire cheap and resell for bitcoin - and not having to use the exchange unless you really need it.

I dont to trade in cryptopia but worth to give a shot, but really if we have big amount of capital the best site to do tradings is im poloniex and bittrex because the big whales are in there and you can ride nor worry for your balance out there aswell as you can make sure that the coin listed there is not scam or if there well be there are few of them are listed.

And suggestion its better for us to find ally or group in tradings because you can do teamwork on pumping and dumping on coins you wish to move.

the way it works is very simple, only buy when prices fall and selling when prices rise. probably the most good trading today is poloniex and bittrex, so many choices of coins that were there. there is one thing you need to know, is the way it works is very simple, but it would be very difficult, but you should always try  :)

What you need to do is to check altcoins which you think will rise.

When checking altcoins the things you should look at are:
- active community
- good roadmap
- reliable developers

If you are familiar with kraken then you know it's the most easiest way to get bitcoins without any risk.

actually this method is one of the risky ones when it comes to trading, and the risk of losing money is high. because there is always a lag between you and the servers and even if you are fast enough there may be another person who is faster or many other things that can lead to losing the chance to buy or sell at the right moment and losing money.

With altcoin pairs well i wouldn't go to yobit since i dont want to get hitted on existing wallet problem and to many scam coins are in their, yobit also is not mobile friendly that why i dont usually do trades on their thats why i will agree and go for C-cex,poleniex and bittrex because i can easily browse to that site they are good in mobile.

I participated in Yobit signature campaign, from that time I use them to trade with alt coins. I see that as fun, and I found out that I`m not so good in trading. Bitcoin went from zero to 600 $, Eth also went from almost nothing to 14 $. I`m trying to catch some other altcoin that will rise like that. I hope that I will have luck with some coin.
I don`t invest much, I read around forum and Yobit chat for information`s and sometimes its worth, many times I lose. I think Yobit is great place for treading, and I will not change them.

For altcoins, if that's what you are looking into I prefer Bittrex which is the middle of the road exchange and I have never had an issue with them for years.

It seems the route for many altcoins is Yobit, then onto Bittrex or C-Cex and then onto Poloniex so if you are there at the right time you can pick up some coins for dirt cheap on Yobit and then ride the wave onto the other exchanges.

This is easier said than done.

for altscoin i recommend only two exchanges :
poloniex - first choice
bitrex - second choice
and never forget to enable 2fa in both sites
Thanks

I see yobit have been here for quite a while now. So it is trusted. But I dont like the way the coins are updated. They are too late with the real price and some are overpriced.
I would recommend poloniex. Their website is also good for the eye. It is not irritating and looks classy.

iam newbie so iam recomended placed trade bitcoin
is low capital money to start trading
iam recomended
1 yobit
2 c-cex
3 bitrex
4 poloniex

correct. these trading sites do not need big capital to start because they are altcoin trading sites.
but for bitcoin to $$ trading you need quite decent amount of capital to start.. I preferred to altcoin trading BTW.

Well the best places for me are. ::)

1 poloniex
2 c-cex
3 bitrex

Why this three?

I start trading altcoins whit polo, and the only thing i guess can be better is the graph.

c-cex is very easy to use and pays very very fast, have a lot of new coins.

bitrex  this has been used a lot for friends and they never have some issue.

Poleneniex and Bittrex are the biggest bitcoin to altcoin trading companies. they are highly trusted and have damn reputation over the all altcoin owners and developers.
and other side C-cex also a good exchange site. as you said C-cex have a lot of coins. this make c-cex very user friendly. specially newbie friendly. because c-cex list all those coins which are not so much expensives and people can easily start trading with them..
yobit is also a good one but less then these 3.(BTW yobit have more coins Than c-cex)

i think it depend on time and situation, in different time you have to thing differently and to select different places of investment, for example some time you will be thinking to invest in gambling when you are in gambling mode and some time to give preference to alt coins where you can also make good profit. so it is not fixed to invest only on place,

i like kraken, there is leverage there and other features, bitfinex also seems good, but there was an hacking attempt in the past, the one that is still somehow safe is only kraken to me

Kraken’s with fine features which cannot easily bypass by scammers, I use to go with coinbase also Where you can get good value in the European trading market is that only. Small transactions We can go with localbitcoins.com to check with the local traders. Choose according to the BTC strength with you have.;)
There are so many places for the best tradings the only thing you have to do for it is just one day of searching just one day because you need to make sure you are on the right place off course not just trading some where.

Just simple, the best trading place is a place is always wanna for preventing and securing their member for the worst thing can be a threat for their member and especially will scamming their member but every trading place is having the different regulation about that.

yes but i think it totally depend on your experience skill and interest, if you are interested in alt coins then you should invest in alt coin and if you have good experience in gambling they you should invest your money in gambling, and if you have no skill or experience then you should simply hold your bitcoin and hope that it will also give you a good profit .

One of the best trading place can be also this forum, see at the altcoins marketplace board and you will find that people make trading/sales threads to sell or buy a specific coin, this happens mostly when the coin is not listed in any exchange or it is still pending to be listed there.

I have an account on those 3 exchanges too. But I use Bittrex and poloniex the most. Those exchanges have a large volume and if you are into altcoins which good volume, because it is more likely they pump it, you need to be there. Remember they also exist for quite some time so it is likely they are here for the long term and will not do a runner, like we have seen with so many other exchanges.

if you are going for bulk trading than think about marginal trading ,  this will help you to trade in better manner ( with small interest )

there are lots of sites for trading like yobit , poloniex , bitrax ,c-cex etc all of them are trusted to use but problem for you to handle the sites will be only  its complicated option .
so i will suggest you for yobit.net which is very simple to use .

i like kraken, there is leverage there and other features, bitfinex also seems good, but there was an hacking attempt in the past, the one that is still somehow safe is only kraken to me

For me kraken is the exchange to use too. They have advanced features to make stop loss orders f.e.
In fees and support they are also outstanding. The withdrawal fee is a little high on the downside.

withdrawal fee for what? fiat or bitcoin? i remember that for bitcoin is the standard fee that any exchange use, and for fiat is only 0.09 cent
There are so many places wher you can invest with the bitcoin and that places are only growing because the bitcoin is also getting more attention from the peopple
so i know why you are dojng tyhis.

Almost all i think are scam of they are giving promises that you can earn just for investing but some of them are still paying as of now like gambling casinos that has reputation here in our forum.. but its still risky because anytime it can be drain if someone are lucky to win..
The best to invest is to buy altcoin most of them are profitable to buy..

One site I use to trade BTC/USD is bitmex, they offer a 100x leverage which can be very profitable. You can start off with a leverage lower than this. You can start trading with as little at 100,000 satoshi, furthermore, the maker fee is -0.25% meaning you get paid to buy bitcoins.

If it offer 100x leverage, and you are in the wrong site, you can easily lose all your money. It is better not to use them.

I trade altcoin on bittrex, poloniex, and c-cex. But all of the time I trade in c-cex it is very user friendly.

I found these are good exchanges for trading altcoins. Each exchange has a big volume altcoin you can trade.

Yeah Bittrex And poloniex is the best place for trading and they are trusted trading sites ever , there are alot of people using these two sites which your placed trades can be bought in a short amount of time

I haven't used kraken but it seems that a lot good reviews are coming out for it. I'm using yobit for trading since a lot of alt coins are in the market there and there's no doubt about their poor support but I haven't experience any problem from them so far. But my first choice will be bittrex those 2 sites I'm using for trading.

in margin trading or trading future is very high risk and danger without have skill
in poloniex margin trading with leverage 2.5x much people can margin call
in bitmex use leverage 100x is very high risk, not control lots is easy can margin call and lost all your money

if you are dealing or just new with trading yobit can also be a good venue to know how trading works, how you can place an order and how the market will move accordingly so when you are ready and have enough knowledge you can do business inside bigger exchanges like trex and polo as we knew that big markets and big investors/traders are playing from that exchanges.

but you say about coin scamer, not only c-cex all altcoin exchanger is same, bitrex, yobit and more can dilist coin is very low volume transaction
same in poloniex if volume transaction low can di-listed too in there

Bitsane is a new trading platform and it needs more time to develop and invite more members. I do not think it is a good idea to join Bitsane because OP is newbie. The best trading platform for the newbie, in my opinion, is Yobit. Yobit has existed for a long time and the newbie tend to start trading on this platform before joining other sites. And please, learning before trading, you can have some good experience from learning.

Trade for free (this mean you can never deposit but only withdraw) on my U2 site.
The trade principles are the same as everywhere.
You have the fun and the earning but never the lost.
New members start with "zero" and then they can only earn...never less than "zero" on your  U2 account.

You see exactly what other members have done.
You can see what you had if you had trade otherwise.

Do not say it's the webmaster who has not explain the principle...you are the trader not the tourist...(lol)
Do not say you do not earn because the webmaster is red trusted...other members earn...because what is earnable is earned buy someone.
For the webmaster it does not matter who earns.

If you are not able to trade by winspiral and earn, better stay away from trading places.

Thanks in advance!
what I like about poloniex is fast withdrawal. I have test them and I can advice any one to trust them. Poloniex platform is beginners friend and as a professional trader is good because of their withdrawal policies. Remember margin or leverage trading is a very risk venture and as your entire capital can be wiped out in a signal trade. Have you good money management in place and you will succeed in it.

i am using kraken, polo and c-cex, there platform is user friendly and easy to understand. You just need to patience on trading on that platform. Polo is the best on short term trade in my opinion. 'coz there value is unstable, value for some coin will dump suddenly but when you refresh it will pump, based on what i've observe. Just do small capital trade, you don't need to go big if you are a newbie.

Yes yobit is also a great trading site because i never encountered any problem when i do deposit and withdraw on that site. I also use yobit and the only concern for me, is there's a lot of altcoins there and most of them are just created by the developer to stole bitcoins because of their being worthless and inactive in the market.

I am with this. kraken is pretty safe. even Poloniex is a bigger exchange. but they still don't have proper security. but kraken require you to verify your Identify . proof of address ID card etc. which is a good point for them.

Yes but i think most of the exchanges are trusted and reliable you can put your trust on it, but to me I think the most important thing is that you should not to put your all bitcoin in exchange on same time. As there are also chance that the exchange can be hacked just like bitfinex , therefore you need to put your money in different exchange in different  time.

Yes but i think most of the exchanges are trusted and reliable you can put your trust on it, but to me I think the most important thing is that you should not to put your all bitcoin in exchange on same time. As there are also chance that the exchange can be hacked just like bitfinex , therefore you need to put your money in different exchange in different  time.
yes i am agree with you, i think the most important thing is to invest your bitcoins in different place using different exchanges, because you should not put all your money in risk in one time.

i like kraken, there is leverage there and other features, bitfinex also seems good, but there was an hacking attempt in the past, the one that is still somehow safe is only kraken to me
I am with this. kraken is pretty safe. even Poloniex is a bigger exchange. but they still don't have proper security. but kraken require you to verify your Identify . proof of address ID card etc. which is a good point for them.
The whole point of using bitcoin in trading or in other thing is to keep your identity hidden from the internet and if these sites require you to give identity to use them then what is the point of trading with bitcoin you can go and trade with fiat on other sites, for me the best sites to trade in are the ones that allow you short time investment and without any verification.

In my assessment, the exchange that I could give as a good place of trading was c-cex and bittrex this two are really totally advantage for everyone if you tried to trade in this sites

I will suggest go for the trading site that has a big volume of Bitcoin just like c-cex go for the trading site that has a lot of traders because it will affect the supply an demand that will cause the moving of graph or volume and price of certain coin. So go for the trading site that has a big volume of Bitcoin and friendly user trading site. And last Don't invest in shitcoin that will cause your money to became a trash.

Indeed there is many advantages of big trading site like c-cex but in my point of view other trading site such as poloniex or bittrek also good, even though you trade alternative coin but i prefer don't play with coin which low level interestingness and low of popularity because it is not potentially difficult to you get profit on trade.

i use to trade not in exchanges but i buy it and keep in my wallet and when i feel the price is high i just sell it for fiat currency and wait for the price to come down so that i can buy back, this is my strategy.

What a nice and simple tips of advice, I will follow this tactic too. But the only thing is I'm not gonna sell in the fiat, I will do sell in the exchange..By the can you give me the procedure or link of how to sell in fiat? thanks in advance.

If it just trading or playing with the prices of commodities. You could to sparkprofit you wont need any balance just play with it and weekly they will pay up until you reach a good number of dollar then spend it again it their other site which is TIQL there it would be real time trading and predicting to what will happen with the prices. You could also deposit some or just use your profits from Sparkprofit.
This is legit. I didnt spend any and I got $60 already with just playing it.

Sell it for dollars on any exchange and withdraw, or try local bitcoins, both ways can be good, just watch for fees. You are a bit confused here, fiat is fiat, you sell on exchange site for fiat.
This is shorting as I understand markets and it doesn't always work. You assume price will go down eventually, but here today who can predict bitcoin drop and when? I'm open minded, anything can happen, guess we will need to wait and see.

This is great, but most of the doing trading in yobit, Localbitcoins and polenix largely. However, trading is profitable buying when price is low and selling it out when it is high. If you plenty of btc with you. Then you could try at anywhere not only c-cex.

Yeah, poloniex is the best trading venues and can count on. Because I always use poloniex for every transaction I did, where I could also benefit greatly and there also I can have a lot of experience and knowledge that I can give to his brothers in order to get a good income for them. Not bad ,But problem is here not only the fanouse exchange or full of security , Here We have many number of bitcoin trading and altcoin trading exchange to select for trading but actual reality is that no one are safe , So it is a better option instead to go for a particular exchange use more than one or two wallet to make trading with low risk .
I Hope you understand , So use bitrex , polo , cex etc .
All over I am using yobit.net from 3 months , for successful trade , and never got any problem like service mantainace or any security and I will also hope remain safe for my future of bitcoin profit .

I haven't tried bitfinex either but when the hacking incident came to them, I already lose my site for using them with trading. Local bitcoins is good and as well as poloniex. It just going to depend on what and how they are going to be satisfied with your trade on them.

Bitfinex is now regaining the trust from their clients and now they succeed. As you can see from the data here http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/volume/24-hour/ bitfinex is now in the first rank of bitcoin marketplace with over    $10,479,800 traded within a day. I can say that bitfinex is still being trusted by their users even after they're getting hacked recently and losing millions of dollar.
You might doubt about the services they have offered because of the hack but, people still want to trust them, I'm myself never use bitfinex but just amazed of how they could regain their trust.

Yep, agree. I dont hold big amount of coins on Bittrex if I don't have to. If you want to hold some coin as an investment, you should change desired amount and then rather transfer it to your wallet. I know a lot of users don't like it because of additional fees, but safety must be on a first place, because as you said, we already saw what can happen with bitfinex.

We should really be prepare on this thing and its better to be ready than never.

You can either trade it on various exchanges with altcoins having potential otherwise, you can invest it in p2p lending sites and earn interest on your investments or you can go with both. See picking right investment option is difficult so doing own research in must especially when one is taking financial decisions.

You know why others are seldomly transferred their coin from other exchanges to another? It's because it's a hassle way and they might not able to take a move when there is price increase or decrease that is happening the moment they are sending the funds from another exchanges. Since bitcoin price or especially the altcoin price is volatile, the funds must intact only in a single exchanges so that it can easily be push or pull when there is an ongoing panic.

The only downside for this is the unusual activity of the exchanges that can happen anytime. So cross finger that the said exchanges must not turn to wrong one while traders have an active funds on their respective platform.

well, bitsane looks like a good exchange but it is still a very new platform and not that reputed as bittrex or poloniex.
people will still give priority to those bigg exchanges.. bitsane need to do more works. give sign up bonus and withdraw discounts to attract users and get more traders on the board.

I could only suggest to you is try in Poloniex and Bitrrex. According to my self studying about it, these two seems to be very nice compare to other ex changers because base on majority feedback of the community here they are both don't have any malicious or any controversies issues happens before.

I don't really know a lot about the different possible website, but I know that lot of trading plateform have... Dubious method or security. So I'd like to have the opinion of some of view before trying it.

Thanks in advance!

I could only suggest to you is try in Poloniex and Bitrrex. According to my self studying about it, these two seems to be very nice compare to other ex changers because base on majority feedback of the community here they are both don't have any malicious or any controversies issues happens before.
Your in poloniex many people are halving trouble because there are something logging in in their poloniex account just like mine few months ago and they are logging in my poloniex the good part i remove all my bitcoins and altcoins there and make a new account.. and i think for those who are register in other trading site that was hack better to change your password or put a 2fa so that you coins is safe or make a new account that different email and password that you didnt use by other crypto trading site..

Everybody I have asked which exchange to use is Poloniex cause of their low fees and you don't need to submit any verification to start trading using their system only if you withdraw a large sum from them would you need to do it.
I would imagine anything beyond $10,000 would be consider a large sum to an exchange.

You can either trade it on various exchanges with altcoins having potential otherwise, you can invest it in p2p lending sites and earn interest on your investments or you can go with both. See picking right investment option is difficult so doing own research in must especially when one is taking financial decisions.
But lend money to benefit from the interest does not make us self-sufficient in investing. bitcoin trading very well to earn a great income, I think bitsane pretty good for bitcoin trading. The user interface is good.

I truly respect the opinions of others and everyone might have their different opinions. Yes, one can get good returns in trading as compared to p2p lending but I think it all depends on the knowledge, skills and experience of the trader. I haven't used bitsane but I would like to give it a try. I look for the fees and other factors along user interface while trading.

Personally, I like Bittrex the most, because it offers some altcoins which other exchangers don't. On the other hand, it also misses some ones, which are listed elsewhere, so yeah, every exchanger has its pros and cons. :)
Currently, Bittrex is having some issues or updates regarding their charts and it's been more than 12 hours now, so it starts to be really annyoing.. :P
i think every one has their own choice Bitrex is also a good choice no doubt about this, as  i personally using yobit. but i think the most important thing is that we should not put all our bitcoin in a exchange in one time for security reasons. we should put our bitcoin in exchange randomly, still any thing can happen  we have a previous example of bitfinex so i think we need to me more careful.

Yep, agree. I dont hold big amount of coins on Bittrex if I don't have to. If you want to hold some coin as an investment, you should change desired amount and then rather transfer it to your wallet. I know a lot of users don't like it because of additional fees, but safety must be on a first place, because as you said, we already saw what can happen with bitfinex.
yes holding your big amount of bitcoin in any exchange for investment is not a good idea. i think you should a little amount of bitcoin and after trading yes it is a good idea to transfer your amount to your safe wallet. that is really to much important for security reason, and if you are using online wallet then you should try to distribute your amount in different wallet through this way you can minimize the risk of hacking and losing your all amount.

Opinions about bittrex?
good opinion about bittrex and there is many exchange is much more good for trading and i recently using BITSANE exchange i think that BITSANE exchange is much more trusted exchange than other  exchange.
well, bitsane looks like a good exchange but it is still a very new platform and not that reputed as bittrex or poloniex.
people will still give priority to those bigg exchanges.. bitsane need to do more works. give sign up bonus and withdraw discounts to attract users and get more traders on the board.
true , actually people will prefer to choose the old ones rather than a new exchange site , but there is no harm to give a shot on a new one right? to test it out i will say it is a must to compare which one better then.

just remember to not put all your money in one place , look at mt gox or cryptsy, they are crap.

I like Kraken, trading there seems clean devoid of manipulations that is common to most exchanges the issue with Kraken is the AML/KYC policy. I like Poloniex too but no direct fiat trading only Tether and Altcoins to trade against

I earn bitcoin every week in poloniex and this exchanges site have many trader and many investor. Poloniex is safe for me even if they hacked before you can on the 2fa for more safer.

in kraken support margin trading, margin trading is can manipulate market
because trader can loan to get trading, example margin trading in poloniex can get loan 2.5x , huobi 2x , bitfinex 3x, is can big loan in margin trading in bitmex

Yeah I think that poloniex is the best when it comes to security, there are a lot of bitcoin trading sites out there and quite to be honest some of them are total scams that just take your money, so in order to pick one you have to make a lot of research and reviews about the site you are going to invest into.

C-cex is shit at this time, but I remember in 2014 how they can be the competitor for poloniex. After there try to sign into the poloniex and everyone is forgetting x-cex.

Kraken is the competitor of poloniex, it's also the major exchange site. with thousands circulation in a day.

C-cex has the best features among trading site I guess. It has a capability to show your trading history, which most of trading site doesn't have. In trading history, it is easier wether your earn from trading you made or not. However? The problem in c-cex is their volume. Some coins like RYCN aren't making huge volume but in their list, it is(fake volume). I hope c-cex would come back like 2014 or 2015 so that I can be able to trade with low fee and easier.

Keeping Coins in desktop is save but whats even more important is save the private key as if the desktop crashes, you lose all your coins if you do not have private key saved. Secondly, regarding exchange both poloniex and bittrex are a bit more advance and complex for New traders. I think start with C-cex and yobit and understand fully before moving on to poloniex.

He ask for some trading platforms that allow users to do trade with leverage. But I have no idea about it. As I know trading btc is different with trading forex.
If trading forex use leverage, so the broker websites can make Margin call to users.
In btc trading, there is no margin call, so there is no leverage.

There are so many trading places in the world, instead of seeking for the best place, I think, we should know what will be the best place to invest. Invest to trades is one of the hardest part, we should seek for the highest investment. We can see what will be the best for us, and what will be the best trading place

I am actually glad people research exchanges before signing up there. Especially when you consider how many shit exchanges pop up every day. Some of the people launching an exchange have good intentions, but they underestimate running an exchanges as they just use a script that can be found online with a few tweaks here and there. Poloniex is a solid altcoin exchange followed up by Bittrex. All other altcoin exchanges (e.g. yobit, c-cex, bter) are just low quality.

Nowadays I am getting attracted with new exchanging sites which have few but very good currencies to exchange. like liqui.com.
liqui got a great position after adding ICN and doing IOUs of ICO coins.
and bitsane and marcatox are also doing well nowadays.
those old and big exchange sites are also good but whenever I go their to do some trading I got confused.. lots of coins and most of them are useless.

My favorite coin nowadays is Iconomi (ICN) which is listed in only 2 exchanges (actually in 3 if we count mercatox) and they are Liqui and Kraken. so for me the best trading places are Kraken and Liqui where I am able to trade my favorite coin.. and in both of them, I prefer Liqui because it's easy to use features and not requiring any identifications.

From my own personal experience, I won’t trust those new sites because they might turn out to be a scam eventually, the best thing to do is to stick to the old ones who are trusted and have good reviews, trading is a very delicate job and you have to be sure when it come where to put your money in.

i use to trade not in exchanges but i buy it and keep in my wallet and when i feel the price is high i just sell it for fiat currency and wait for the price to come down so that i can buy back, this is my strategy.

the same thing as I did in the buying and selling bitcoin not through an exchanger, because it is faster but yes its risks, it's just a matter of profit slightly different from that through the exchanger

I think we need all of them (exchanges)....
Trading long/short (BTC/LTC/ETH) @ Bitfinex... Trading long/short (selected altcoins) @Poloniex which is super quick trade you see profit take it as majority are P&D (pump and dump)... so as Yobit, just be carefull trading in this platform..... Ccex also now has more P&D's is almost same as yobit full of shyt coins...lol....  Best for me is Poloniex and Bittrex, We need them all (exchanges) most important is what coin will we trade to make profit....  We can make big profit on those scam coins if you are lucky you can risk if you like so many on those exchanges i mentioned...

In bitcoinwisdom.com you choose abny of them such as bitfinex, kraken, and others about the exchange where you like to trade in.
You can also try bittrex, c-cex and poloniex about your concerns. But most prevailing best for you to try in those exchange site is really kraken, their features is quite good and very safe too.

Gonna try that, thanks again.

Those exchange you are currently used was not that good in the sight of the majority community in this industry. Only yobit is much more popular than cex, and btce, only things is popular because most of the shit coins was being listed in yobit. ;D

C-cex has the best features, easiest trading site to do trading and low fee for every trade you make. However? The problem in that site is fake volume, many shitcoins, and low volum of btc trade. It accepts too many coins, making other coins to get lower value and will result to dump. It's still better to trade with few pairs but consist of high volume btc. The btc volume certainly indicate the value or how legit is a crypto coin which won't fall down continuously.

There are few good exchanges where we can trade trustingly like Bittrex, Novaexchange, Poloniex, C-cex those are really good to trade in and a place to buy a coins choice we like, all of it established the community already in trading industry.
yeah i also trade with these exchange because these exchange is very much secure and trusted for me and i mostly trade with Bittrex and localbitcoins exchange and its very simple and easy exchange than other.
you should join the new exchange for trading i prefer that Bitsane exchange is much more because bitsane exchange is very popular nowadays and i hope it will be get stronger exchange than other exchange.
It is true, but If I had to choose I would choose localbitcoin over Bitsane, because for me I have been using it for a long time and I have never had any trading related issues, plus all the traders there have a really good reputation and have made more than 3000 trades, and what makes it even better is that it has a timed escrow, which reduces the chances of getting scammed.

Most of them are the bitcoin exchange sites. But I will ignore polo because it's the altcoin site and there are no a lot of the bitcoin trading pair on the site. Kraken with SEPA ability is preferable.

I could suggest you to use bittrex because many of the member here are using bittrex, Actually, almost people here using it because of the services that they  give to their traders. And you are very secure and safe, though there is some verification about your information but its normal besides it for your coins security purposes only.
yes betrex is a good exchanges for trading but i think there are so many other trusted exchanges where one can do trading without any fear and with confident. like polonix, and yobit are also trusted exchanges for investing your bitcoin for trading. i myself using yobit and for every time i found it mroe reliable and trusted.

When you say you can buy and sell bitcoin on Bitsane, can you make a deposit from Paypal there?
Personally, I use Bittrex and YoBit (for some more rare alts), but I would love to have an opportunity to deposit there more easily. :)

I have nothing against Yobit, but it doesn't seem like an exchange you should use to start trading in a serious manner. Especially when you have an exchange as Poloniex that offers everything you need; Liquidity, great trading tools, margin trading, etc. Look at Yobit's ETH volume for example; 3400BTC traded in the last 24 hours, but barely any liquidity in their orderbook... Volume is artificially created by whatever entity, and is not the result of people actually trading all day.

Be carefull if we are trading in Yobit exchager, because there are many shitcoin or scam coin,
I believe if we are trading in yobit could benefit up to 100 or 200% in just a few minutes,
But the risk for loss is very fast too because of the rapid dump.

Safety comes first before you will regret on the end and you are right we should not mind the fee regarding on transfer because it wont hurt too much compared to the incident if those coins will all be gone if exchanges would be hacked. We should really be prepare on this thing and its better to be ready than never.
For every exchange platform, the number one rules that we should never forget was we must be careful in which site we are gonna make some trade. And I agreed, never put all our bitcoin in every exchange site so that if ever there's a problem or issues to be happen at least your bitcoin is on safe place wallet stored.

If those same people tells you to jump of a bridge will you follow them? Poloniex is not a good exchange anymore for trading especially in times of high traffic. Many traders lost money because the exchange lagged a lot and had their coins stuck in stop limit orders that took many hours to fix.

I understand your sentiments. You are talking to the start of crazy massive price increase of other altcoins in Poloniex that lasted for many days . The exchange really suffers a big volume and yes at some point they didn't able to handle it.

But still, there are lots of traders there compare to other exchanges so still way better to deal with trades there. Im hoping soon that problems will somehow resolved as Im seeing another crazy pump for other alts aside from bitcoin price increase.

n my opinion, all the exchanges (at least the major ones) pose the same risks. and that risk is what their predecessors like cryptsy and mtgox did.

and since you mention poloniex, i left their service as soon as they started asking for more (unnecessary) information from their users and moved to bittrex which is better.

A few days ago poloniex disable trollbox, I find it strange. What's wrong with poloniex ?. In my country poloniex is sometimes heavy to be accessed maybe too many users.
It's not about lowering poloniex as the most popular exchanger, everyone is free to choose the best exchanger. And I chose bittrex match with the slow but sure trade style.

Cex.io stays focused on BTC and ETH instead, it suits me fine, because I am principally interested in bitcoin trading.

I guess I have traded with all the exchanges you have mentioned and now a days I do keep on logging into liqui and some other new exchanges as new altcoin pairs are hitting on those exchanges mostly now a days compared to old established exchanges like poloniex and yobiit.

I mean to say trading places are being decided by availability of trading pairs rather than which exchange is comfortable for us nor which exchange is having lower fees.

It's no difference in many trading sites, I see many people who needs in touch with few traders they will meet the standards regarding coins in sites. For me I rather chose HitBTC, I feel the same safe rather in Binance.  They try to be balance and every thing remains the same as you trade it has less traffic, they will also teach bitcoin trading and helps you with some dummy coins.

I don't really know a lot about the different possible website, but I know that lot of trading plateform have... Dubious method or security. So I'd like to have the opinion of some of view before trying it.
Thanks in advance!
