You talking about the BaFin?
Well the available informations saying they are not investigating if its a ponzi or not.
It has something to do with the Affiliate Methods Recyclix is using and if this need authorization in germany.

That being said, it's unlikely the BaFin will actually publish any data (or inform the public) when investigating someone.
That would be totally stupid and sabotage the own investigative work.

However, there is no question but that Recyclix acts untrustworthy in the highest degree.
And I strongly urge against investment.

So, here's one proof that Recyclix is paying. And I think it was established for over a year I think. And the way they give the profit seems legit. Anyways, I have an account there but I do not invest yet. I just re-compound the free $20 signup bonus.

It appears the compensation structure has also changed.

I remember when it was 4 levels down from

10% Level 1
5% Level 2
2% Level 3
1% Level 4

I log in and see that it's now 12% for your direct refs and 2,3, and 4th level commissions no longer exist.

I was shocked as I was almost at 200 active ref all levels with my 3rd and 4th level members being the strongest.

Also the "trial period" that people are complaining about is that free 20 euro that people thought they'd build up and keep recycling and making money with $0 invested of their own money.

I had over 1100 referred but only 180 (4 levels down) people total had put anything in. All of the complaints came from the mostly 700+ people that couldn't afford to deposit 20 euro.

It looks like the site just dumped all of those free accts with no deposits so that only real active members could focus others that are active members. Honestly I think over a year and a few months is more than enough time to figure out if parting with 20 euro is enough to start.

Also keep in mind 20 euro in one country wouldn't cover a haircut but in another country can feed a family of 5. The only thing that I thought was foolish were the members that had several thousands in ref commissions that couldn't just take 20 euro to purchase the small amount of waste just to keep their acct acct. They were more focused on withdrawing and ended up loosing an incredible stream of income.

Guys! Dont lose time even to collect referrals. Before i found out that this is Ponzi scheme i found few referrals (let say 10) two or three invest there (good that not much). In the meantime this scam service changed rules but i didn't seen that. They close my account with all referral earnings and earnings from 20 euro bonus. In next two weeks i will have minimum to withdraw so over 20 euros earning.

This is a scam that has been on for a long time. It tries very hard to make a believable story and a nice website. They make it just complex enough to cause confusion to muddy the waters. Just ponzi.
