You talking about the BaFin?
Well the available informations saying they are not investigating if its a ponzi or not.
It has something to do with the Affiliate Methods Recyclix is using and if this need authorization in germany.

That being said, it's unlikely the BaFin will actually publish any data (or inform the public) when investigating someone.
That would be totally stupid and sabotage the own investigative work.

However, there is no question but that Recyclix acts untrustworthy in the highest degree.
And I strongly urge against investment.
