I would like to point out that no one should use autobuy until this user is established. Until then use an escrow. Also OP are you willing to give out a vouch?

Thanks for the feedback, thats why in the opening post I stated, that I accept escrow or you can purchase on bitify as well which does escrow on all its auctions. Autobuy is there for people who would like that option, and wants it instantly after purchase.

Just received a card smooth transaction overall. Had no past transactions. Value of card was verified on the official website. Seller let me use escrow too. Will report back how long the card lasts and if indeed the seller keeps his warranty.

The issue is not purchasing, the issue is if he stands his word on warranty.

Assuming if the situation arrises where the card does go bad etc.

Let me correct myself I vouch that the balance is correct and he sends the card over when you pay him. I am curious about the warranty situation myself because I do not plan on using the card this week.

That's what am concerned about too is his warranty. I don't intend on using the card for at least two weeks. My card shows it was purchased first week of December and it's still valid when I got it today. Maybe the seller intends us to use it within a few weeks so we'll never claim warranty. I've seen even lower prices than this but they only last for <48 hours. Seller could also be doing drop shipping too. I was mainly drawn in by the 90 day warranty. We'll have to wait and see.

Well since I know about what the "deal" is about the rush of Panera Bread gift cards being sold more in this forum.I can say that most Panera Gift cards being sold right now are all stolen,which is why there are warranties and random charges on the cards.At least from where my knowledge goes

I think all the sellers here are using different methods. If you have a card with past transaction history it's 100% "stolen". Panera gift cards require no pin and you just need the numbers which are in plain text. A lot of the newbie Panera sellers are cracking accounts and selling other people's balances. That's why they have a transaction history. The ones without transaction history are probably done through social engineering, balance shuffling, payment processing glitches.

I fully stand behind my warranty! No worries ladies, and gentlemen! I may also have Kohls coming in soon also.

Honestly, most users selling these cards are using the same method. There's a very simple method for acquiring these right now

The Gyft app can't check the balance of them for some reason but it accepts them and generates what looks like a working bar code.

I used to use Android Pay and I imagine it would accept them as well. There are plenty of apps that take gift cards now for storage in a cellphone.

Would you elaborate? Starting balance? Amount spent? Did you receive a used card for the vouch? Etc

Yep there is a simple method that was going around and I my self use it, but I manage to use it in a way that will guarantee that no one will use the cards. Also the method seems to be already patch since today.

That is exactly what happens due to the way to are obtained.  If you can buy them cheap enough you should do alright (some guy in here already selling for $11 for $200).  My last $100 card was down to $87 yesterday used in Syracuse NY and today down to $49 used in Charlotte NC.   Now that the "secret" (Google Panera+) is out it's going to happen a lot more and a lot faster.  Most of the responses will be in foreign language). Just use 'em up as fast as you can. You can "race" the other people sharing your number.  Buy lots of bagels & soup and freeze it!

It should be obvious by now, most of the cards sold on this forum is shared by more then 1 buyer.

You`ll be lucky if the seller even bothers to do a warranty, but even then it`ll still be shared by someone else. Using it up like you mentioned is the only way to use it. I`m not a huge panera fan lol.

From what I read the primary method of exploit was closed today .... I'm guessing once existing "stock" is gone you will probably see most sellers disappear along with their "warranty" so use up what you have fast.

Not only is the exploit closed now. I've read using gift cards for online orders is temporarily down as they're doing maintenance.

There is still a private method to using up the credit you have remaining.

Apparently you can no longer apply PaneraBread cards on their site. No cards. It says that currently no gift cards can be processed, unless in the store.

Just add it to the gyft app or keyring app or any of 12 other similar apps out there or just write it on a piece of paper or the back of your hand and hand it to them.  No secret method is needed all they want is the number.  You just can't add it to their website online ordering app at the moment.  I have rarely ever used their online app for many reasons.   

I have been using the Gyft app previously with these and was just denied in the store. It said rejected on a $100 card from this purchaser. The card is still showing the full $100 balance on their website as of right now. The manager was called by the employee and they said they are having a lot of gift card trouble and she could contact corporate for me.

So unless the secret method gets around that...

With a balance still showing, makes me wonder if they are just blank denying all digital gift cards for now... (or cards without a pin, from a certain source, etc)

Maybe they're trying to narrow down the cards that were generated to wipe them? Also, if you check a card balance online it will no longer show previous transactions if it's been used or the original creation date if it hasn't been used. On their recent app update the only change mentioned is ordering online with a gift card is not available and they have a huge notice when you open the app. I'll try to get something Saturday.

Unfortunately everyone is correct, seller seems to have gone radio silent as all these cards went to 0.

My card is still showing the correct balances on their website but they just wont accept them in the store??!?! Still not 100% sure what to even do about that. I don't know that I can blame the original seller here. But how can a store not accept a gift card with a balance?

How?  Should a bank accept counterfeit money because it looks very real?  Nothing you can do.  Cards are dead despite balance.  That's the chance you take when you pay $15 or $20 or $30 or $50 or more  for a $100 item.  Do you REALLY think an anonymous seller is going to honor his 90 day warranty?  It's a gamble.  Win some, lose some or sue him on Judge Judy.  I have over $500 worth from various sellers from various places that are useless. I even have some from legit sites (raise.com) but at least they have a real warranty ... of course you pay 90% for that privilege.

The problem with gift cards that most should aware, is either if the #`s given out are being shared.

Hence the "warranty" that they mention and usually it pretty much is that. So its a race to zero, and the best to even consider this is bitcoin you gotten through profit.

Shared codes is an issue for sure, especially with these cards but that wasn't the issue with these (and all "similar") Panera cards,  These were locked by Panera with balances on them.  According to local store manager stores will not take cards showing purchased before a certain date unless you can prove ownership and legitimacy. Many of these cards had numbers off of physical cards that were never sold so it is obvious how they were obtained. If someone wants to take a chance and fight with the store manager you might get a free meal out of them which was what happened to me but their terms (just like Starbucks and most others) state only cards directly purchased from them are valid so that is their excuse for not taking them.  I assume if someone takes them to court they might have a chance but I highly doubt folks who paid anywhere from $6 - $15 for a $100 card would want to do that for obvious reasons.
