Post by: johncena67 on January 29, 2016, 05:17:39 AM
This guy is a scammer. Here is the skype chat log:

http://prntscr.com/9w8umj
http://prntscr.com/9w8upz
http://prntscr.com/9w8uta
http://prntscr.com/9w8uvq

Then he just logs off skype and never comes back!

His PP email is: alextorezz10@hotmail.com
Skype : julio.serra26

Proof that I send payment: http://prntscr.com/9w8v8n

I am a new user just trying to buy btc, but I learned there's a lot of scammers on this forums.

First of all would really help if you could provide all the proof and not just partial proof as it makes the whole thing a mess.

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

I did a little digging base on submitted evidence by you and seems that he has a history of scamming some users here before:

Scammer profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=713392
Another thread regarding him: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1331754.0

Try to complete all the evidence and update this thread with the correct format so others users could evaluate and neg rate this user accordingly and also have this in mind that, you have to blame yourself for not using a escrow for this deal and hope you learn from your mistake because scammers are every where.

Why the fuck would anyone send any amount of money to a newbie registered barely a few weeks ago without any kind of safety? I know you were using paypal but still, you seriously couldn't find someone trusted? Fuck I might try to scam some people too because it's seems too damn easy.

Maybe he needed bitcoins quickly and thinked paypal will protect him, but thats sadly false. you should remove this statment that you will try to scam it could earn you red feedback man

This is the reason why anyone should use escrow, however escrow and paypal = no because the escrow can not prevent any chargeback

I've taken a screen grab of your claim that someone deleted your post in the tread you quoted.

Unfuckingbelievable.  I swear 80% of posts here are from alts and half of those are to scam.  I sometimes wonder why I have a fondness for this forum with all the shenanigans afoot.
