I have used bitinstant numerous times with Dwolla, today I recived this message "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate". It eventually failed and advised me to contact support, which I did, still awaiting a reply. Is this something that happens often? What is the cause? I received notice from Dwolla that my transfer to bitinstant was successful. 1. this has not been fixed, I'm still waiting for BTCs from bitinstant. 2. I have to question your statement above about the dwolla transactions failing only once in every couple hundred... Just look at that other thread, its pretty s--ty I've got so much company. In the past two weeks I've done two transactions with bitinstant using dwolla, they both failed in the same exact manner. Thankfully the first time around CS fixed everything about as soon as I could contact them. Either I am incredibly unlucky, or your estimate is not in the right ballpark and you're trying to keep everyone from worrying about something that is of true concern. Look at your logs, do some number crunching, I think you've got a bigger problem than you're either admitting or are aware of. Charlie I checked my email, but guess I wasn't supposed to check it until 7 minutes ago though - that's when I finally get the email from coinapult saying the coins have been sent. I understand you guys are trying to work through this, but you have to look at it from an end user's point of view. As a sys-admin I get it, I swear, but as a customer I've got an entirely different perspective (and I'm sure many others do as well). When your system works, I have to say its just an awesome product, and the first time around when I ran into this error the customer service was excellent, but this transaction took nearly 71 hours to complete (edit: to be 'fair' doing the math I think it might be 68 or 69).
